Ihre Aufgaben
- Analyse und Bewertung bestehender Service-Desk-Strukturen, Prozesse und Abläufe hinsichtlich Reifegrad, Effizienz und Kundenzufriedenheit
- Strukturierung, Priorisierung und End-to-End-Steuerung relevanter Service-Themen sowie der Prozesse Incident, Request und Problem
- Stabilisierung und Weiterentwicklung des Servicebetriebs auf Basis von ITIL-orientierten Prozessen zur Sicherstellung eines effizienten operativen Betriebs
- Analyse, Definition und Optimierung des Ticketmanagements sowie der allgemeinen operativen Abläufe im Service Desk
- Etablierung und Monitoring von KPIs sowie regelmäßiges Reporting zur Steuerung und kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Servicequalität
- Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Ausschreibungen im Serviceumfeld und bei der Dienstleisterauswahl
- Steuerung und Koordination von internen sowie externen Dienstleistern im Serviceumfeld
- Fachliche Steuerung und Koordination von Service-Teams
- Stakeholder-Management sowie adressatengerechte Kommunikation bis auf Management-Ebene
Muss-Anforderungen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im IT Service Management (ITIL)
- Langjährige Erfahrung im Betrieb und in der Optimierung von Service Desk Organisationen
- Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Steuerung und Koordination von internen sowie externen Dienstleistern im Serviceumfeld
- Expertise in KPI-Definition, Reporting und Service Governance zur Sicherstellung und Steuerung der Servicequalität
- Umfangreiche Projekterfahrung im Service-Management-Umfeld, insbesondere in ITSM-Transformationen
- Eigenständige, strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Stakeholder-Management-Fähigkeiten bis auf Management-Ebene
- Erfahrung in der Arbeit innerhalb komplexer Organisationen und Multi-Dienstleister-Umgebungen
- Methodische Kompetenz in ITIL sowie in agilen und klassischen Projektmanagement-Methoden
Kann-Anforderungen
- Erfahrung mit Tools wie Jira Service Management
- Erfahrung in Transformationsprojekten oder strategischen Service-Optimierungsinitiativen
- SAFe-Kenntnisse oder eine entsprechende Zertifizierung
- Einschlägige Projekterfahrung im Umfeld vergleichbarer digitaler Dienstleister oder deren Endkunden
