Aufgaben

• Architekturdesign, Entwicklung und Integration von KI-Anwendungen in laufenden Systemen
• Aufbau robuster Analyse- und Datenverarbeitungspipelines
• Verarbeitung strukturierter und unstrukturierter Webinhalte
• Integration von AI-Komponenten (z. B. ML-Modellen oder LLMs)
• Erfahrung mit KI und agentischer Architektur (z. B. Toolintegration, MCP, A2A)
• Nice to have: Anwendung von Python für analytische Aufgaben (z. B. Textanalysen, NLP)
• Entwicklung und Pflege von APIs
• Konzeption und Umsetzung neuer Features und Anwendungen
• Durchführung von Code-Reviews und aktive Sicherstellung der Code-Qualität
• Aktive Mitgestaltung technischer Konzepte, Architekturen und Entwicklungsstandards
• Nachhaltiger Abbau technischer Schulden und kontinuierliche Verbesserung bestehender Systeme
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktmanagement und dem Entwickler*innen-Team

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Informatik, Mathematik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung – oder eine gleichwertige praktische Erfahrung
• Kenntnisse in Programmiersprachen wie u.a. Python sind vorhanden
• Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in den Themen AI-Entwicklung, Deployment und Betrieb mit nachweislich erfolgreichen Ergebnissen sind vorhanden
• Sehr gutes Verständnis von Systemarchitektur und skalierbaren Anwendungen
• Erfahrung mit datenintensiven oder analytischen Systemen
• Verständnis für unterschiedliche Datenmodelle (relational, dokumentenbasiert oder graphbasiert)
• Du hast KI nicht als Hype erlebt, sondern hast die Pre-ChatGPT-Ära aktiv mitgestaltet – Transformers, RLHF, frühe LLM-Experimente
• Du hast mindestens ein System in Produktion gebracht, das unter echten Bedingungen mit echten Nutzern versagt hat – und das repariert
• Du hast Systeme gebaut, die unter Last brechen – und weißt deshalb, wie man sie richtig designt: Latenz, Token-Budget, Kontextfenster, Fallback-Strategien
• Du denkst in Schichten: Infrastruktur, Modell, API-Design, Produkt-UX – und verlierst keine davon aus dem Blick
• Du glaubst nicht an einen einzigen Anbieter. Du designst so, dass Modelle austauschbar bleiben
• Du übernimmst Verantwortung für Code-Qualität und technische Entscheidungen über deinen eigenen Code hinaus
• Du bist in der Lage, deine Arbeit und die von dir entwickelten Lösungen zu präsentieren
• Du bist lösungsorientiert, bietest Optionen zur Erreichung eines gewünschten Ergebnisses an und gibst fachliche Empfehlungen, die du erläuterst und fundiert begründest
• Du bringst eine strukturierte, qualitätsbewusste und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise mit
• Deine Kommunikationsstärke, ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und Spaß an der Zusammenarbeit in interdisziplinären Teams runden dein Profil ab
