Wir bauen myScribe – eine KI-gestützte Dokumentationslösung, die Ärztinnen und Ärzten den Rücken freihalten soll, damit sie sich wieder auf das konzentrieren können, wofür sie eigentlich Medizin studiert haben: Patientinnen und Patienten. Dazu kommt myScribe Connect, mit dem wir unsere Lösung tief in die Krankenhaus-IT integrieren.
Klingt nach Mission? Ist es auch. Aber wir sind kein Pitch-Deck – wir sind ein Produktteam, das jeden Tag echten Code in echte Kliniken bringt.

Wo wir gerade stehen
myScribe läuft heute dort, wo die Ärzt*innen arbeiten: On-Prem, in der Klinik-IT, bei zahlenden Kunden in der DACH-Region. Trotzdem releasen wir mehrmals pro Woche – Continuous Deployment, Fix-Forward, ohne Wartungsfenster-Drama. Im Gesundheitswesen? Eher unüblich.
Doch der Markt verschiebt sich: KI-Inferenz wird teuer, Kunden öffnen sich für die Cloud, SaaS rückt in den Fokus. Um diesen Wandel – und alles, was noch kommt – aktiv mitzugestalten, bauen wir gerade das Core-Entwicklungsteam auf, das myScribe durch die nächsten Jahre trägt. Sei dabei.

Aufgaben

Du arbeitest direkt mit unserem Founders Associate und den Gründern zusammen. Du übernimmst eigenverantwortlich strategisch relevante Projekte – von der Marktanalyse bis zum Investorenmemo. Du denkst in Kontext, nicht in Aufgaben. Du verstehst, warum eine Entscheidung getroffen wird, und bringst dich aktiv ein.

• Markt- & Wettbewerbsanalysen – du beobachtest den Healthcare-SaaS-Markt und leitest daraus klare Handlungsempfehlungen ab
• Investorenmaterial – Pitch Decks, Memos, Fact Sheets: du bringst Substanz in unsere Außendarstellung
• Business Cases & Pricing-Strategie – du modellierst Szenarien für neue Produkte, Märkte und Preisstrukturen
• Partnerstrategie – du identifizierst potenzielle Partner (Kliniken, Verbände, Tech-Partner) und entwickelst Outreach-Ansätze
• Ad-hoc-Projekte – strategische Fragestellungen direkt aus dem Führungsteam, mal klein, mal komplex

Qualifikation

Wie wir arbeiten
Kein Scrum-Theater, keine wochenlangen Review-Zyklen. Eine These am Montag, eine fundierte Empfehlung bis Ende der Woche – das ist unser Anspruch. Wir geben dir eine Spielwiese: Wenn du eine Idee hast, wie wir besser werden können, bring sie. Wir wollen Drive, keine Leute, die auf Aufgaben warten.

Was wir uns von dir wünschen

• Studium der BWL, VWL, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbar (mind. 3. Semester)
• Analytisches Denkvermögen – du kannst Komplexität strukturieren und auf den Punkt bringen
• Sicherer Umgang mit Excel und PowerPoint (Notion, Miro o. ä. von Vorteil)
• Eigenständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise – du brauchst keine Hand, die dich führt
• Interesse am Healthcare- oder Tech-Bereich
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
