Dein Profil

Performance- & Sales-Mindset first. Du denkst in Umsatz, Skalierung und Effizienz

Erfahrung. Mindestens 3 Jahre im Performance-, Influencer- oder Growth-Marketing (z. B. E-Commerce, SaaS).

Track Record. Du hast Kampagnen bereits erfolgreich skaliert und Ergebnisse geliefert & kannst dies auch nachweisen.

Ownership. Du arbeitest eigenständig, strukturiert und brauchst kein Micromanagement.

Analytische Stärke. Du interpretierst KPIs sicher und leitest konkrete Maßnahmen ab.

Kommunikation. Deutsch (C1) & Englisch (B2), sicher im Austausch mit Creatorn, Managements und Partnern.

Performance & Influencer Marketing (Fokus: Ergebnis & Skalierung)

• Gewinnung und Entwicklung performancestarker Creator

• Aufbau und Skalierung von Creator-Partnerschaften

• Planung, Umsetzung und Optimierung von Kampagnen

• Verhandlung und Abschluss von Kooperationen

• KPI-Analyse und datenbasierte Entscheidungsfindung

• Effiziente Steuerung und Optimierung von Budgets

• Testing neuer Kampagnen- und Kooperationsansätze

Daily Business

• Analyse und Bewertung von Content & Performance

• Kommunikation mit Creatorn, Managements und Agenturen

• Recherche und Outreach neuer Partner

• Steuerung und Optimierung laufender Kooperationen

• Reporting und Ableitung konkreter Verbesserungsmaßnahmen

• Abstimmung im Team und wöchentliches 1:1
