Aufgaben

Strategische Beratung & Business Partnership

• Beratung von Führungskräften auf Augenhöhe zu Organisationsentwicklung, Workforce Planning sowie Talent-, Performance- und Change-Themen
• Entwicklung und Umsetzung von People-Strategien in enger Ausrichtung an den Geschäftszielen
• Aufbau vertrauensvoller Beziehungen zu Führungskräften und proaktive, geschäftsnahe Beratung
• Zentrale Ansprechperson für alle P&O-Themen inklusive Analyse komplexer Fragestellungen und Ableitung fundierter Handlungsempfehlungen

Change Management & Kommunikation

• Leitung und Begleitung von Veränderungsinitiativen im Produktionsumfeld
• Unterstützung von Führungskräften in Transformationsphasen mit Klarheit und Empathie
• Erarbeitung von Kommunikationsansätzen, die Orientierung geben und Führungskräfte sowie Mitarbeitende durch Veränderungsprozesse führen

Employee Relations & Performance Management

• Beratung zu Mitarbeitendenbeziehungen, Leistungssteuerung und Entwicklung
• Souveräne Begleitung komplexer Mitarbeitendenfälle (z. B. Konflikte, Performance-Themen, Trennungen) in Abstimmung mit relevanten Schnittstellen wie People Operations oder Legal

Prozessoptimierung & Employee Experience

• Weiterentwicklung von Teams, Strukturen und Rollenmodellen im Kontext eines wachsenden Produktionsbereichs
• Kontinuierliche Verbesserung von People-Prozessen und der Employee Experience
• Mitgestaltung effizienter, skalierbarer People-StrukturenRecruiting & Blue-Collar-Workforce-Strategie
• Verantwortung für das Recruiting von Blue-Collar-Mitarbeitenden
• Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer nachhaltigen Blue-Collar-Workforce-Strategie im Produktionsumfeld

Qualifikation

• Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung als HR/People Business Partner:in in mittelständisch geprägten und produzierenden Industrieumfeldern mit Skalierungserfahrung mit, idealerweise ergänzt durch Startup-Erfahrung
• Du hast ein fundiertes Verständnis für produzierende Organisationen und deren Anforderungen in Wachstumsphasen
• Du hast sehr gute Kenntnisse im deutschen Arbeitsrecht sowie umfassende HR-Expertise in Deutschland
• Nice to have: Du hast bereits Erfahrung im internationalen Recruiting von Blue-Collar-Fachkräften
• Dich zeichnet eine ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeit sowie eine lösungsorientierte Denkweise aus
• Du besitzt eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und die Fähigkeit, Stakeholder-Management auf unterschiedlichen Ebenen zu bedienen
• Du bringst Erfahrung in der Umsetzung von Change- und Transformationsprojekten mit
