HR Payroll Partner

Aufgaben

• Verwaltung von Arbeitszeit- und Urlaubskonten im Zeiterfassungssystem
• Erstellung arbeitsvertraglicher Unterlagen, Zeugnisse und Pflege der Personalakten
• Beratung von Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräften zu abrechnungs- und arbeitsrechtlichen Themen
• Kommunikation mit Krankenkassen/Behörden sowie Durchführung des Melde- und Bescheinigungswesens
• Datenaufbereitung fürs Rechnungswesen sowie Prüfung und Umsetzung gesetzlicher Änderungen ngsfähigkeit

Qualifikation

• Kaufmännische Ausbildung und mehrjährige Erfahrung in Entgeltabrechnung/Personaladministration
• Gute Kenntnisse im Arbeits-, Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (v. a. Excel) und HR-/Payroll-Systemen
• Hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung, Eigeninitiative und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
• Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit, Belastbarkeit sowie starkes Stakeholder-Management
• Interesse an digitaler HR-Transformation und ausgeprägte Problemlösungsfähigkeit
