MediSteg bringt approbierte internationale Ärztinnen und Ärzte an deutsche Kliniken — und du stellst sicher, dass jeder Schritt dieses Prozesses sowohl menschlich exzellent als auch technisch sauber ist. Du bist Gesprächspartnerin für Ärzte/-innen in einem der wichtigsten Schritte ihrer Karriere. Und du baust gleichzeitig die Automatisierungen, die MediSteg skalierbar machen.

Aufgaben

People & Prozess

• Koordination und Vor-/Nachbereitung von Erstgesprächen zwischen Ärzten/-innen und Kliniken
• Begleitung und Logistik von Hospitationen
• Kommunikation mit Ärzten/-innen auf Englisch und Deutsch durch den gesamten Prozess
• Onboarding-Begleitung platzierter Ärzte/-innen in den ersten 6 Monaten am Standort
• Pflege der Kandidaten/-innendaten in HubSpot/Airtable mit hoher Disziplin und Sorgfalt

Automatisierung & Tech

• Aufbau und Pflege von Prozessautomatisierungen (N8N / Make / HubSpot-Workflows)
• Integration von KI-Tools (Claude) in Kandidaten- und Klinik-Kommunikation
• Eigenständige Identifikation von Prozessbrüchen und Umsetzung von Lösungen
• Mitgestaltung des Tech-Stacks in einem frühen Stadium (Google Workspace, Slack, Airtable)

Qualifikation

Must-have

• 2–4 Jahre Erfahrung in Operations, Customer Success, Recruiting oder Projektmanagement mit direktem Personenkontakt
• Termintreue — Verbindlichkeit ist nicht verhandelbar: Du sagst, was du tust, und tust, was du sagst
• Ergebnis- und Erfolgsorientierung — Du misst dich an Output, nicht an Aktivität
• Empathie und professionelle Kommunikation auf Augenhöhe mit Fachärzten
• Technisches Grundverständnis und nachweisliche Offenheit für Automatisierungstools
• Deutsch fließend, Englisch sehr gut (C1+)
• Strukturiertes, eigenständiges Arbeiten ohne Micromanagement

Nice-to-have

• Erste eigene Automatisierungsprojekte mit N8N, Make, Zapier oder ähnlichen Tools
• Erfahrung mit HubSpot oder einem vergleichbaren CRM
• Hintergrund im Gesundheits-, Medizin- oder stark regulierten Umfeld
• Weitere Sprachen (Arabisch, Rumänisch, Georgisch) von Vorteil
