Paid Social ist einer unserer zentralen Wachstumstreiber für die Neukundenakquise. Als Senior Performance Marketing Manager:in übernimmst Du die Verantwortung für die strategische und operative Weiterentwicklung unserer Meta-Aktivitäten und treibst gleichzeitig den Ausbau von TikTok als ergänzenden Performance-Kanal voran.

Mit dem Auf- und Ausbau unserer Programmatic-Advertising Aktivitäten bekommst Du die Gelegenheit, Deine Expertise weiterzuentwickeln und neue Bereiche performant zu erschließen. • Verantwortung für die Planung, Steuerung und Skalierung unserer Paid-Social-Kampagnen mit Fokus auf Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
• Aufbau und Skalierung von TikTok als ergänzendem Performance-Kanal
• Analyse von Kampagnen-, Zielgruppen- und Creative-Performance entlang definierter KPIs sowie Ableitung konkreter Optimierungs
• Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Testing-Ansätzen für Creatives, Audiences und Conversion-Optimierung
• Identifikation neuer Skalierungshebel, Automatisierungen und Plattform-Features
• Verantwortung für Tracking- und Signal-Setups in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Analytics- und Tech-Teams
• Sicherstellung transparenter Reportings und datenbasierter Handlungsempfehlungen
• Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von Programmatic Advertising über die DSP Active Agent
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit CRM-, Brand-, Analytics- und Steering-Teams zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Paid-Acquisition-Strategie

Anforderungen

• Du bist ein echter Paid Social Profi mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung und hast in modernen, agilen und kollaborativen Umfeldern erfolgreich gearbeitet

• Performance-orientierte Arbeitsweise und Ergebnisse sind Teil deiner beruflichen DNA

• Deine analytischen Fähigkeiten sind stark ausgeprägt, datenbasierte Entscheidungen leiten Dein Handeln und entsprechende Ableitungen

• Du liebst Herausforderungen und gehst diese mit viel Eigenständigkeit, Gewissenhaftigkeit und strukturierter Herangehensweise an
