Als ( Senior) Operations Controller (m/w/d) arbeitest du an der Schnittstelle zwischen Finance, Operations und den Fachbereichen. Du sorgst für Transparenz in unseren Projekten, analysierst operative Kennzahlen, entwickelst Reportings weiter und unterstützt dabei, datenbasierte Entscheidungen im gesamten Unternehmen zu ermöglichen. Gleichzeitig treibst du die Weiterentwicklung unserer Prozesse und Systemlandschaft voran und schaffst die Grundlage für nachhaltiges Wachstum.

Deine Aufgaben

• Erstellung von Forecasts, Budgets und Szenarioanalysen gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen
• Analyse von Projekt-, Auftrags- und Unternehmenskennzahlen sowie Ableitung fundierter Handlungsempfehlungen
• Weiterentwicklung von Kalkulationen, Deckungsbeitragsrechnungen und operativen Reportings
• Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung eines modernen Operations Controllings
• Optimierung von Controlling-Prozessen sowie Unterstützung beim Ausbau unserer BI-Landschaft
• Analyse von Planabweichungen und Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den operativen Teams zur Steigerung von Effizienz, Profitabilität und Transparenz
• Sicherstellung einer hohen Datenqualität sowie Weiterentwicklung von CRM-, ERP-, BI- und Reporting-Prozessen (u. a. HubSpot, Teamwork, Langdock und Excel)
• Mitarbeit bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB

Dein Profil

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Controlling, Finance, Accounting oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling oder Finanzumfeld
• Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie hohe Zahlenaffinität
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Excel
• Erfahrung mit ERP-, CRM- und BI-Systemen
• Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie Kommunikationsstärke und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich zu vermitteln
• Deutsch auf C1/C2-Niveau sowie Englisch mindestens auf B2-Niveau
• Idealerweise Erfahrung in projektbasierten Organisationen oder der Projekt- und Auftragsabwicklung
