Die Position wird direkt bei unserer Auftraggeberin am Standort Frankfurt am Main besetzt.

Aufgaben

• Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer klaren, wachstumsorientierten Praxisgruppenstrategie.
• Nutzung von Daten und Marktinformationen zur Ableitung strategischer Chancen.
• Führung von Business-Development-Initiativen und Go-to-Market-Kampagnen.
• Strategische Weiterentwicklung von Mandanten inklusive Erstellung und Steuerung von Client Plänen.
• Regelmäßige Portfolioanalyse zur Sicherstellung der Ausrichtung an strategischen Prioritäten.
• Überwachung von Zielen und KPIs zur Bewertung von Strategie- und BD-Wirksamkeit.
• Förderung bereichsübergreifender Zusammenarbeit, Cross-Selling und Austausch bewährter Methoden.
• Gestaltung von Pricing-Strategien sowie Unterstützung komplexer Ausschreibungen und Pitches.
• Entwicklung von überzeugenden Angebots-, Präsentations- und Submission-Unterlagen sowie Zusammenarbeit mit PR/Event-Teams für Mandantenaktivitäten.

Qualifikation

• Sie haben Berufserfahrung in einem international agierenden Beratungshaus (Consulting, Tax, WP, Kanzlei, PSF) sammeln können.
• Sie haben Lust in einem Team, das wirklich Spaß an der Arbeit hat, das Beratungsunternehmen in neue Sphären zu katapultieren.
• Sie packen mit an und entwickeln eigene, neue Ansätze.
• Sie besitzen stilsichere Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
