Zur Unterstützung unseres Finance & Controlling Teams im Hamburger Headquarter suchen wir dich ab sofort als (Senior) Controller (w/m/d)* in Vollzeit (40 Std.). Als (Senior) Controller (w/m/d)* übernimmst du ein abwechslungsreiches Aufgabengebiet, in dem du komplexe Reporting- und Planungsprozesse verantwortest, Performance-Abweichungen analysiert, strategische Projekte im Tech-Bereich aus der Controlling-Perspektive unterstützt und interne Abläufe kontinuierlich optimierst.

Aufgaben, die dich wachsen lassen

• Als (Senior) Controller (w/m/d) verantwortest du das monatliche Management-, Investor- und Länder-Reporting im internationalen Konzernumfeld und behältst die finanzielle Entwicklung fest im Blick.
• Du steuerst die Budgetierungsprozesse und baust ein verlässliches Bottom-up Cashflow-Forecasting auf.
• Du analysierst die Performance unseres Headquarters sowie der Ländergesellschaften und wertest gezielt Daten aus den Bereichen Performance Marketing und Lead-Generierung aus.
• Du unterstützt unsere Tochtergesellschaft E&V Technology aus der Controlling-Perspektive und agierst als starker Sparringspartner für die jeweiligen Projektteams.
• Du treibst die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung interner Prozesse und Reports voran, indem du moderne Automatisierungslösungen und innovative KI-Ansätze proaktiv einbringst.

Deine Fähigkeiten, die uns begeistern

• Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium und bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling mit, idealerweise aus einem internationalen Konzernumfeld oder aus der Beratung.
• Du bringst fundierte Kenntnisse in der Rechnungslegung nach IFRS (GuV, Cashflow, Bilanz) mit und bist erfahren in der Budgetierung, Abweichungsanalyse sowie im Business Modelling.
• Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Excel und PowerPoint; fundierte Kenntnisse in Data-Visualization- und BI-Tools sowie Erfahrung mit SQL-Queries sind ein Plus.
• Du siehst deine Stärke in der Koordination team- und themenübergreifender Prozesse und hast idealerweise ein echtes Interesse an der “Technology-Welt”.
• Du kommunizierst fließend auf Deutsch und auf Englisch.
