Im Zuge der weiteren Entwicklung des Finanzbereichs suchen wir eine Persönlichkeit, die Verantwortung übernimmt, Prozesse weiterentwickelt und als kompetenter Ansprechpartner innerhalb des Rechnungswesens agiert.

Aufgaben

• Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen unter Berücksichtigung der gesetzlichen Rechnungslegungsvorschriften
• Mitarbeit bei der Zusammenführung und Aufbereitung von Finanzdaten auf Gruppenebene
• Sicherstellung einer ordnungsgemäßen und transparenten Finanzberichterstattung
• Eigenständige Betreuung ausgewählter Bilanz- und GuV-Bereiche
• Prüfung und Abstimmung von Konten sowie Überwachung konzerninterner Geschäftsvorfälle
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Wirtschaftsprüfern, Steuerberatern und internen Entscheidungsträgern
• Unterstützung bei Audits sowie bei steuerlichen und handelsrechtlichen Fragestellungen
• Aufbereitung betriebswirtschaftlicher Auswertungen und Entscheidungsgrundlagen für das Management
• Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Statistiken, Meldungen und Reportings
• Weiterentwicklung bestehender Prozesse im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen
• Unterstützung bei Digitalisierungsprojekten und der Einführung effizienter ArbeitsabläufeMitarbeit an bereichsübergreifenden Themen und strategischen Sonderprojekten

Qualifikation

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Finanzen oder Rechnungswesen oder eine vergleichbare Weiterbildung im Accounting-Umfeld
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Erstellung von Abschlüssen nach HGB
• Erfahrung im Konzernumfeld oder im Umgang mit gruppenweiten Reporting-Strukturen von Vorteil
• Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge sowie analytische Denkweise
• Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
• Hohe Zahlenaffinität und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
• Freude daran, bestehende Prozesse kritisch zu hinterfragen und Verbesserungen umzusetzen
• Selbstständiges Arbeiten kombiniert mit Teamgeist und KommunikationsstärkeGute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
