Zur Verstärkung unseres Finance-Teams suchen wir einen Revenue Controller (m/w/d) mit 5–7 Jahren relevanter Erfahrung – wahlweise in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit (bis ca. 20 Std./Woche).
Du arbeitest in einem Private-Equity-owned Setup (Holding-Struktur) mit entsprechendem Anspruch an Professionalität, Transparenz und Steuerungsfähigkeit – in einem internationalen Umfeld mit mehreren Standorten.

Deine Aufgaben
- Revenue-Steering ownen: ARR/MRR, Gross & Net Retention, Churn, CAC Payback, LTV, Cohort-Performance — du analysierst, interpretierst und leitest Handlungsempfehlungen ab
- Commercial Business Partnering: Enge Taktung mit Sales, Customer Success und Marketing — Pipeline-Analysen, Win/Loss, Upsell-Tracking, Retention-Initiativen
- Forecasting & Planning: Rollierendes Revenue-Forecasting weiterentwickeln, jährliche Umsatz- und Budgetplanung verantworten
- Pricing Analytics: Deal-Level-Analysen und Elasticity-Modelle als Input für Pricing-Entscheidungen
- Board & PE Reporting: Deine Zahlen fließen direkt in monatliche Shareholder-Updates und Board-Materialien — PE-Grade Qualität, keine Kompromisse
- Controlling-Infrastruktur aufbauen: BI-, Reporting- und Forecasting-Setup neu denken, mit starkem AI- und Automatisierungsfokus
- Abschluss-Support: Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse auf der Revenue-Seite begleiten
Dein Profil
- 5–7 Jahre Erfahrung in Controlling, FP&A oder Revenue Finance — idealerweise in B2B SaaS, Software oder einem Scale-up-Umfeld
- Echtes Gefühl für SaaS-Metriken und deren Treiber (nicht Lehrbuch, sondern gelebte Praxis: was bewegt NRR wirklich, wo liegen Cohort-Cliffs, wie liest man CAC Payback richtig)
- Stark analytisch, strukturiert, "Model first, PowerPoint second"
- Fit in Excel/Google Sheets, Erfahrung mit BI-Tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker), CRM-Daten (Salesforce) und ERP-Systemen
- Deutsch sehr gut, Englisch fließend
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in BWL, Finance, Controlling, VWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik o.ä.
- Pluspunkte: SQL-Grundkenntnisse, Erfahrung mit AI-basierten Finance-Tools, Private-Equity-Reporting-Standards
