Hier sind Sie aktiv für die buchhalterischen Prozesse zuständig und bringen Ihre Kenntnisse je nach Erfahrungslevel optimal ein: ob als Berufseinsteiger*in mit Lernbereitschaft oder als erfahrene Fachkraft, die Prozesse aktiv mitgestalten möchte.

Aufgaben

• Durchführung der Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung
• Kontierung und Buchung laufender Geschäftsvorfälle
• Anlage und Pflege der Kontenpläne
• Durchführung und Überwachung des Zahlungsverkehrs
• Mieterkontenpflege und Durchführung von Korrekturbuchungen
• Anlage von Mietkautionskonten sowie Buchung und Auszahlung von Kautionen
• Verantwortlichkeit für das Forderungsmanagement
• Erstellung der monatlichen Mieten-Sollstellung
• Zuarbeit zu Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
• Erstellung von Auswertungen und Reportings
• Allgemeine Buchhaltungstätigkeiten

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, z. B. Steuerfachangestellte*r oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit Schwerpunkt
  Buchhaltung/Finanzbuchhaltung.
• Erste Berufserfahrung in der (Finanz-/Mieten-)Buchhaltung oder im Rechnungswesen (idealerweise im Immobilienumfeld – aber keine Vorausaussetzung)
• Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Buchhaltungs- und ERP-Systemen
• Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
• Sorgfältige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
• Teamfähigkeit sowie ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
