Ihre Position

Zur Verstärkung unserer Finanzabteilung suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Finanz- & Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) in Teil- oder Vollzeit.

In dieser verantwortungsvollen Position übernehmen Sie – je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung – Aufgaben in der laufenden Finanzbuchhaltung sowie mit Schwerpunkt auf Bilanzierung und Abschlusserstellung. Sie arbeiten eng mit Controlling, Lohnbuchhaltung, Steuerberatern und unseren internationalen Gesellschaften zusammen und tragen aktiv zur Weiterentwicklung unseres Rechnungswesens bei.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Laufende Finanzbuchhaltung (Debitoren-, Kreditoren-, Sachkonten)
• Buchung sämtlicher Geschäftsvorfälle sowie Ein- und Ausgangsrechnungen
• Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB (je nach Qualifikation)
• Verantwortung für Bilanzierung und Bewertung von Geschäftsvorfällen
• Bearbeitung bilanzieller und steuerlicher Fragestellungen
• Erstellung von Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen und Unterstützung bei steuerlichen Themen
• Abstimmung und Pflege der Konten sowie Klärung von Differenzen
• Betreuung und Abstimmung unserer internationalen Gesellschaften
• Durchführung von Zahlungsläufen
• Pflege und Verwaltung von Stammdaten
• Mitarbeit an Projekten und Optimierung von Prozessen im Rechnungswesen
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Controlling und Lohnbuchhaltung

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, z. B. als Finanzbuchhalter, Steuerfachangestellter oder Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d)
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Rechnungswesen / in der Finanzbuchhaltung
• Erfahrung in der Abschlusserstellung nach HGB von Vorteil
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in DATEV und MS Office
• Strukturierte, selbstständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
• Analytisches Denkvermögen und Zahlenaffinität
• Teamfähigkeit und hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
• Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
