Im Rahmen einer Anstellung in der Hörakustik werden alle wichtigen Grundkenntnisse für die berufliche Tätigkeit in Theorie und Praxis vermittelt.

Aufgaben

• Du begleitest unsere Kund:innen auf dem Weg zu besserem Hören und mehr Lebensqualität von A - Z.
• Du bist die Kommunikationszentrale im Unternehmen nach innen und außen. Du besprichst dich z.B. mit den Krankenkassen, den Laboren, den HNO- Praxen oder den Hörgeräte-Hersteller:innen.
• Du koordinierst Termine und bereitest diese vor und nach.
• Das gesamte Bestellwesen und die Lagerverwaltung gehört ebenfalls dazu.
• Du berätst tiefgehend zu den Themen Hörverlust und Hörgeräte, Zubehör und Gehörschutz.
• Wenn du später auch handwerklich tätig sein möchtest, dann kannst du die Hörmessungen und die Abdrücke von Ohrpassstücken vorbereiten.
• Du kannst auch die Servicetermine übernehmen, hier werden die Hörgeräte regelmäßig kontrolliert, repariert und gereinigt.

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen, medizinisch-, pflegerischen oder serviceorientierten Bereich (z.B. Alten- und Krankenpflege, Fachkräfte in der Medizin, MFA, Praxismanagement, Augenoptik, Apotheke, Zahnpraxen, Verkauf, Beratung, Einzelhandel, Großhandel, Kaufleute)
• Einschlägige Erfahrung im Kundenkontakt
• Organisationsfähigkeit für eine gute Struktur
• Empathie und Begeisterung für eine neue Aufgabe mit Zukunft
