Seit über 14 Jahren entwickeln wir bei TenMedia Individualsoftware für Mittelstand, öffentliche Hand und KRITIS-Betreiber. Unsere Software läuft dort, wo Ausfälle keine Option sind: in Behörden, bei kritischen Infrastrukturen und im Mittelstand. Wir suchen dich für die ganzheitliche Betreuung unserer Projekte, von der Ausschreibung über das Angebot bis zur Abnahme.

Du bist die organisatorische Schaltzentrale zwischen Kunden, Entwicklungsteam und Geschäftsführung und sorgst dafür, dass jedes Projekt von Anfang bis Ende rundläuft. Kein Job aus lauter Einzelaufgaben, sondern ein durchgehender roter Faden: Du begleitest das Projekt über seinen gesamten Lebenszyklus.

Aufgaben

Deine Aufgaben:

• Du arbeitest an Ausschreibungen mit und erstellst gemeinsam mit uns umfangreiche IT-Angebote
• Du pflegst die Scrum-Boards, hältst Tickets und Status nach, klärst offene Punkte mit den Entwicklern und bereitest die Sprints mit vor
• Du koordinierst und führst Kundenmeetings, meist gemeinsam mit einem Entwickler und gelegentlich mit einer Projektleitung, inklusive Vorbereitung, Protokoll und Nachverfolgung
• Du wirkst bei Softwaretests und Abnahmen mit und bekommst so ein echtes Gefühl für unsere Projekte
• Du erstellst die monatlichen Rechnungen und hältst Wiedervorlage und Dokumentation in Ordnung
• Du planst unsere Teamevents

Qualifikation

Das bringst du mit:

• Mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in Projektkoordination, Projektassistenz, Angebots- oder Vergabewesen
• Du denkst in Projekten statt in Einzelaufgaben und behältst den roten Faden von Angebot bis Abnahme
• Organisationsstärke und die Fähigkeit, viele Fäden gleichzeitig in der Hand zu halten
• Sicheres, freundliches Auftreten in der Kundenkommunikation
• Ausgeprägte Technik-Affinität: Du verstehst unsere Projekte inhaltlich, kannst IT-Angebote nachvollziehen und Softwaretests mitdenken (Programmieren ist nicht nötig)
• Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (C1/C2), da unsere Projektsprache überwiegend Deutsch ist
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; moderne KI-Tools nutzen wir im Alltag, du arbeitest dich gern ein
• Erfahrung mit Scrum oder agilen Abläufen ist ein Plus, kein Muss
