Aufgaben

• Du bist Schnittstelle zum Kunden und übernimmst die Projektsteuerung für die Umsetzung unserer IT-Kundenprojekte und führst, unterstützt von technischen Spezialisten, diese von der Implementierungsplanung bis zur erfolgreichen Abnahme.
• Dabei bist Du verantwortlich für die Planung und Einhaltung von Terminen, Budget und Ressourcenplanung.
• Du moderierst und dokumentierst den Projektfortschritt, erstellst Statusreports und führst die Projekte zuverlässig zur Übergabe und im Anschluss in den Regelbetrieb und Abrechnungsprozess.
• Du organisiert und koordinierst die internen Umsetzungsprozesse zwischen den Fachgruppen unseres IT-Bereichs.
• Als Service-Level-Manager klärst und moderierst Du im laufenden Betrieb Rückfragen zum Serviceprozess und zu Abrechnungen. Bei Erweiterungsanfragen erstellst Du passende Kundenangebote.
• Als Kommunikator und Organisator zwischen Kunden und unseren Fachkräften übersetzt Du Kundenaufgaben in interne technische Anforderungen und technische Lösungen in Kundensprache.

Qualifikation

• Kaufmann/-frau für IT-System-Management mit Berufserfahrung oder abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik, Erfahrungen im IT-Servicemanagement sind willkommen.
• Kenntnisse in Funktions- und Arbeitsweise eines Rechenzentrums, Cloudinfrastruktur und Kenntnisse in IT-Sicherheitsaspekten von Rechenzentren sind wünschenswert
• Kaufmännisches und vertriebsorientiertes Denken und Handeln
• Serviceorientiertes und professionelles Auftreten gegenüber unseren Kunden und Partnern
• Verantwortungsbewusster, zuverlässiger und besonders selbständiger Arbeitsstil
• Bereitschaft sich in neue Themenfelder einzuarbeiten und IT Infrastruktur Know-How auszubauen
• Erfahrungen in der Leitung von komplexen IT-Projekten sind wünschenswert
