In dieser Rolle erhältst du spannende Einblicke in die operativen Abläufe eines internationalen FinTech-Unternehmens und übernimmst von Beginn an Verantwortung.

🚀 Deine Mission

Du unterstützt unser Operations-Team dabei, die bestmöglichen Voraussetzungen für unsere Field-Sales-Organisation zu schaffen und operative Prozesse effizient zu gestalten.

🚗 Fleet Management

• Unterstützung bei der Verwaltung und Koordination unserer Fahrzeugflotte für die Außendienstmitarbeiter*innen
• Organisation von Fahrzeugübergaben und -rücknahmen
• Koordination von Wartungen, Reparaturen und Service-Terminen
• Ansprechpartner*in für fahrzeugbezogene Anfragen unserer Vertriebsteams
• Pflege von Fahrzeugdaten, Dokumentationen und Reports

📚 Wissens- und Prozessmanagement

• Pflege und Weiterentwicklung unserer internen Notion-Plattform (Wissensdatenbank)
• Dokumentation und Optimierung von Prozessen und Arbeitsabläufen
• Sicherstellung eines effizienten Informationsflusses innerhalb des Teams

🛒 Einkauf & Administration

• Unterstützung bei Beschaffungsprozessen und Bestellungen
• Pflege von Lieferanten- und Vertragsdaten
• Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Vorlagen, Dokumentationen und Reports
• Übernahme allgemeiner administrativer Aufgaben im Tagesgeschäft

⚡ Projekte & Sonderaufgaben

• Mitarbeit an bereichsübergreifenden Projekten mit Operations-, Sales-, Finance- und People-Teams
• Unterstützung bei der Optimierung interner Prozesse
• Eigenständige Übernahme von Ad-hoc-Aufgaben mit direktem Einfluss auf das Tagesgeschäft

• Du bist eingeschrieben*e Student*in
• Strukturierte, sorgfältige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
• Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Tools wie Notion, Google Workspace oder Microsoft Office
• Erste Erfahrungen in Administration, Operations, Projektmanagement oder Einkauf sind von Vorteil
• Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent und hohe Zuverlässigkeit
