An unserem Standort in Georgsmarienhütte befindet sich unser Headquarter mit den Bereichen HR, Finance, IT und Grafik. Gemeinsam mit rund 40 Mitarbeiter*innen entstehen hier kreative Marketinglösungen, hochwertige Magazine und Kataloge sowie vielfältige Präsentationen und Kommunikationsmaßnahmen für unsere Kund*innen.

Wir arbeiten eng mit unserem großen Fotostudio in Bremen zusammen, in dem medienübergreifender Content in den Bereichen Foto, Film und CGI produziert wird.

Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir Dich als Projektassistenz / Junior Projektmanager im Bereich Grafik & Kreation (m/w/d) an unserem Standort Georgsmarienhütte bei Osnabrück in Teilzeit (etwa 20-30h/Woche, flexibel).

Aufgaben

• Schnittstelle und Bindeglied zwischen Team, Lieferanten und Kunden
• Koordination eines Teams mit bis zu 3 Mitarbeitenden
• Umsetzung der Vorgaben und Wünsche unserer Kunden unter Berücksichtigung interner Möglichkeiten und Ressourcen
• Betreuung von verschiedenen Kunden für interne und externe Projekte
• Sichere, proaktive und lösungsorientierte Projektassistenz innerhalb definierter Zeitpläne

Qualifikation

• Praxiserfahrung in der Mediengestaltung oder einem vergleichbaren kreativen Produktionsumfeld – mit Verständnis für Abläufe, Timings und saubere Umsetzung. Dazu zählen beispielsweise Berufserfahrungen als Mediengestalter*in oder in vergleichbaren kreativen bzw. organisatorischen Tätigkeitsfeldern
• Leidenschaft für die Themen Lifestyle, Marketing und Werbung
• Organisationstalent, Eigeninitiative und ein kostenbewusstes Denken im Arbeitsalltag
• Eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte, detailverliebte Arbeitsweise sowie ein selbstsicheres Auftreten
• Hands-on-Mentalität, Eigeninitiative und ein gutes Verständnis für wirtschaftliches Arbeiten
• Teamplayer, mit guten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie Empathie und Kritikfähigkeit
