Aufgaben

Woran du arbeiten kannst

Je nach Interesse und Schwerpunkt kannst du unter anderem an folgenden Themen mitwirken:

• Landingpages mitdenken und strukturieren
  Du unterstützt bei Aufbau, Headlines, Nutzenargumenten, CTAs und Zielgruppenansprache.
• Content-Ideen für Website und LinkedIn entwickeln
  Du recherchierst Themen, bereitest Content-Cluster vor und hilfst dabei, Inhalte verständlicher und relevanter zu machen.
• Kampagnen und Zielgruppenansprache vorbereiten
  Du analysierst, welche Zielgruppen wir erreichen wollen, welche Bedürfnisse sie haben und wie wir sie passend ansprechen.
• SEO- und Conversion-Themen unterstützen
  Du hilfst dabei, Inhalte suchmaschinenfreundlich und nutzerorientiert aufzubereiten.
• Visuals, Präsentationen und Layouts mitgestalten
  Du entwickelst einfache Grafiken, Landingpage-Elemente oder Präsentationsideen mit.
• Designideen für bessere Bildgenerierung entwickeln
  Du analysierst Bildstile, Layouts und visuelle Vorgaben und entwickelst daraus Ideen für Prompts, Bildbriefings oder Designvorlagen. Die Karriereweg-Bildwelt setzt auf authentische, natürliche und dynamische Szenen mit Menschen, Zusammenarbeit und flexiblen Arbeitsmodellen.
• Sales- und CRM-Prozesse unterstützen
  Du recherchierst Zielgruppen, bereitest Kontaktstrecken vor, strukturierst Informationen und hilfst, Follow-up-Prozesse klarer zu machen.

Du passt gut zu uns, wenn …

• du BWL, Marketing, Kommunikationsdesign, Medien, Wirtschaftskommunikation oder etwas Vergleichbares studierst
• du ein Pflichtpraktikum ab 6 Monaten suchst
• du Lust auf Marketing, Content, Design, Sales und digitale Kommunikation hast
• du gerne recherchierst, strukturierst und Ideen entwickelst
• du ein gutes Gefühl für Sprache, Zielgruppen und visuelle Kommunikation mitbringst
• du selbstständig arbeiten kannst und trotzdem den Austausch im Team suchst
• du neugierig, zuverlässig und kommunikativ bist
• du Lust hast, auch mit KI-Tools und digitalen Workflows zu experimentieren

Du musst nicht alles schon perfekt können. Wichtiger ist, dass du mitdenkst, Fragen stellst und Lust hast, neue Themen praktisch auszuprobieren.

Arbeitsmodell

Du arbeitest überwiegend remote. Für Austausch, Zusammenarbeit und Projektabstimmung kommst du regelmäßig ins Büro beziehungsweise an einen gemeinsam abgestimmten Arbeitsort.

Der Unternehmenssitz ist in Düsseldorf. Gemeinsame Arbeitstage können je nach Situation und Absprache unter anderem in Gelsenkirchen, Oberhausen, Düsseldorf oder an einem anderen passenden Standort stattfinden.
