Aufgaben

 •  Analyse und Optimierung bestehender interner Workflows und Prozesse
  •  Aufbau und Pflege von Automatisierungen zwischen unseren Tools (Figma, Personio, ZEP, Notion, Microsoft Teams)
  •  Einsatz und Evaluierung von KI-Tools zur Effizienzsteigerung interner Abläufe
  •  Entwicklung von Templates, Datenbanken und strukturierten Workflows in Notion
  •  Unterstützung bei der Integration und Verknüpfung unserer Agentur-Software
  •  Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Zertifizierungen
  •  Dokumentation von Prozessen und Erstellung von Anleitungen für das Team
  •  Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen im Tagesgeschäft
  •  Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung und den Unit Leads

Qualifikation

  •  Derzeit als Student in einem relevanten Bereich eingeschrieben (z. B. Wirtschaftsinformatik, BWL, Medienmanagement, o. ä.)
  •  Hoher Fokus auf den Einsatz von KI-Tools im Arbeitsalltag – du nutzt KI nicht nur, du denkst in KI
  •  Erfahrung mit Vibe Coding: du baust und iterierst schnell mit KI-gestützten Entwicklungsansätzen
  •  Affinität zu No-Code-/Low-Code-Automatisierungen und digitalen Workflows
  •  Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit einem Blick fürs Detail
  •  Analytisches Denken und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Abläufe einfach zu denken
  •  Gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeiten
  •  Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
