Deine Mission:

Du gestaltest unsere Kundenlösungen von Anfang an mit– von der Architektur bis zum sauberen Code. Dabei hast Du direkten Einfluss auf den Projekterfolg und Weiterentwicklung von Codewerk. Neue Projektchancen zu identifizieren, gehört für Dich zum Alltag wie das Sicherstellen von Qualität, Budget und Timeline.

Dein Ziel ist es, in 3 Jahren Projekte in Höhe von über 500.000€ mit 2-3 Personen zu verantworten.

Projektleitung – Code und Chancen gestalten

• Als Lead eines 2-3 köpfigen Teams gehst Du voran, packst aktiv mit an und
  inspirierst Dein Team, gemeinsam Ideen umzusetzen und Erfolge zu feiern.
• Mit Deinem Team entwickelst Du maßgeschneiderte Softwarelösungen, die nicht nur funktionieren, sondern begeistern.
• Von Architekturentscheidungen über Code-Reviews bis hin zu Deployment-Strategien: Du leitest Projekte organisatorisch und technisch.
• Zeit-, Ressourcen- und Budgetplanung? Für Dich kein Bürokratie-Monster, sondern dein Werkzeug, um ambitionierte Ziele smart zu erreichen.
• Du hinterfragst den Status quo, optimierst Prozesse, Methoden und technische Standards – kontinuierliche Verbesserung ist für Dich selbstverständlich.

Projektentwicklung – Ideen in Business verwandeln

• Für unsere Kunden bist Du Sparringspartner auf Augenhöhe – konzeptionell,
  technisch und strategisch. Vertrauen statt Dienstleister-Mindset.
• Kein Mitläufer-Job: Du übernimmst die volle Verantwortung für individuelle
  Softwareprojekte – vom ersten Pitch über die Konzeption bis zum finalen
  Go-Live beim Kunden.
• Unternehmerisches Denken verbindest Du mit pragmatischem Handeln: Du entwickelst Deinen Projektbereich strategisch weiter, erkennst Marktchancen frühzeitig und initiierst neue Projekte oder Leistungsangebote aktiv.

Qualifikation

• Du bist ein Macher: Eigeninitiative ist Dein zweiter Vorname und du gehst Herausforderungen souverän an.
• Deine Motivation überträgst Du gerne auf andere – beim Coden wie der Kundengewinnung.
• Software-Entwicklung ist Dein Spielfeld – Du kennst die Tools, die Prozesse sowie die richtigen Tricks und hast bereits erste Erfahrung in der
  Projektsteuerung.
• Dein Background: Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Informationstechnik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.
• Kommunikation ist Dein Ding: Du bringst sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse mit und kannst Dich auf Deine verschiedenen Gegenüber einstellen.
• Für Dich steht die Entwicklung innovativer und effizienter Software-Lösungen im
  Fokus. Dazu nutzt Du gängigen KI-Tools wie beispielsweise GitHub
  Copilot.
• Und das Wichtigste: Du arbeitest gern im Team, bist zuverlässig, offen für neue Themen und liebst es, Dinge zu bewegen!
