• Du betreust und steuerst gemeinsam mit unserem Expertenteam unser Projekt im Rahmen der SPRIND Tech Metal Transformation Challenge
• Du denkst über bestehende Verfahren hinaus und entwickelst kreative Lösungsansätze für Recyclingprozesse - von der ersten Idee über Prototyping bis zur Validierung im Gesamtsystem
• Zusammen mit dem Projektteam bringst du biologische, chemische und physikalisch-mechanische Verfahren in einem modularen Gesamtsystem zusammen und treibst deren Weiterentwicklung voran
• Du koordinierst die technischen Arbeitspakete zur Rückgewinnung kritischer Metalle aus Elektroschrott (z.B. Leiterplatten, Elektronikkomponenten) und arbeitest eng mit internen Teams zusammen
• Du bist zentrale Ansprechperson für SPRIND, externe Projektpartner, Forschungseinrichtungen und Konsortialpartner
• Du bereitest Pitches, Meilenstein-Präsentationen und Jury-Reviews vor und repräsentierst WeSortAI im Team souverän nach außen
• Du erstellst technische Berichte, Projektdokumentationen und Fortschrittsberichte für SPRIND und interne Stakeholder
• Ihr behaltet gemeinsam Zeitplan, Budget und Meilensteine im Blick und steuert das Projekt zielgerichtet durch die einzelnen Challenge-Stufen

Damit begeisterst du uns

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Verfahrenstechnik, Werkstoffwissenschaften, Chemie, Materialwissenschaft, Maschinenbau, Umwelttechnik, Elektrotechnik oder eine vergleichbare ingenieurwissenschaftliche Qualifikation
• Fundierte Fachkenntnisse in mindestens einem der folgenden Bereiche: Recyclingtechnologien, Metallurgie, Hydrometallurgie, Aufbereitungstechnik, Bio-Leaching, Elektrochemie oder Sekundärrohstoffverarbeitung
• Erfahrung in der Leitung oder Koordination komplexer F&E-Projekte – idealerweise in geförderten Projekten (SPRIND, BMBF, EU-Förderprogramme o. Ä.)
• Ausgeprägter Teamgeist und die Fähigkeit, in einem Projektteam partnerschaftlich, verlässlich und auf Augenhöhe zu arbeiten
• Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift, um zwischen Technik, Management, Förderern und externen Partnern souverän zu vermitteln
• Ausgeprägte Präsentationsfähigkeiten - du fühlst dich sicher dabei, vor Fachjurys, Konsortialpartnern und Stakeholdern zu pitchen
• Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise mit Hands-on-Mentalität und Sinn für Prioritäten
• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Begeisterung für Nachhaltigkeit, Kreislaufwirtschaft und disruptive Technologien
