Aufgaben

Every Health soll zur bekanntesten und vertrauenswürdigsten Brand für sexuelle Gesundheit in Europa werden und du bringst uns dorthin. Von Anfang an. Du entwickelst datenbasierte Kampagnenstrategien, steuerst unsere Paid-Kanäle, denkst Creatives von der ersten Idee an mit und analysierst, testest und optimierst mit klarem Fokus auf Reichweite, Relevanz und nachhaltiges Wachstum. Du arbeitest eng mit dem restlichen Team zusammen, bringst deine Ideen ein und setzt sie gemeinsam um.

Was du bei uns machst:

• Du verantwortest die Strategie, den Aufbau und die Skalierung unserer Paid-Kanäle von Meta über SEA bis Display und steuerst Budgets eigenverantwortlich mit Fokus auf Wirtschaftlichkeit und Effizienz.
• Du entwickelst kanalübergreifende Kampagnen, die performen und zur Marke passen und weißt, welche Metriken wirklich zählen.
• Du konzipierst Ad-Creatives von der Idee bis zum fertigen Konzept (von Static bis Video) und steuerst die Umsetzung (mit Unterstützung aus dem Team) bis zur finalen Ausspielung
• Du konzipierst, baust und optimierst Landing Pages entlang der gesamten Customer Journey immer mit Blick auf Conversion, Klarheit und Community-Bezug.
• Du analysierst Nutzerverhalten und Conversion Funnels und leitest daraus datenbasierte Maßnahmen ab.
• Du hast Entwicklungen von SEO bis GEO/LLMO auf dem Schirm und stellst sicher, dass sie in unserer Performance-Strategie berücksichtigt werden.
• Du arbeitest eng mit dem gesamten Team zusammen, um Performance-Ziele mit strategischer Markenführung zu verbinden.
• Du entwickelst neue Ideen zur Lead-Generierung, testest Hypothesen und iterierst schnell.

Qualifikation

• 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung in einer Performance-Marketing-Position (bei einer Direct-To-Consumer-Brand).
• Radar für Trends, bevor sie im Ads Manager auftauchen und Gespür dafür, was wirklich Relevanz hat.
• Faible dafür, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und stets das große Ganze im Blick.
• Strukturierte Arbeits- und strategische Denkweise und trotzdem immer ein Meme parat.
• Eher der „Ich find schon ne Lösung“-Typ als der „Das ist nicht mein Job“-Typ bist.
• Organisationsstark, eigenverantwortlich und hands-on.
• Fließend in Deutsch & Englisch.
