Wir sind ein Mobility-Start-up im Stealth-Modus, finanziert von Top-Tier-VCs mit 70+ Mitarbeitern und 12+ Stores, und bauen gerade eine neue Kategorie im Fahrzeuginspektionsmarkt auf. Unser Produkt hat NPS-Werte über 90 und Google-Bewertungen zwischen 4,8 und 5,0 Sternen – in einem Markt, der das von niemandem erwartet hätte.

Dieses Jahr verdreifachen wir unseren Umsatz. Dafür brauchen wir jemanden, der den Wachstumsmotor end-to-end antreibt – mit echter Verantwortung, echten Daten und echter Geschwindigkeit.

Diese Rolle ist nichts für jemanden, der auf Freigaben wartet. Hier arbeitest du direkt mit dem CCO zusammen, baust Kanäle von null auf und misst deinen Erfolg in Ergebnissen – nicht in Aktivitäten.

Tasks

Performance Marketing ist der Kern dieser Rolle. Alles andere baut darauf auf.

• SEA & Paid Social: Du ownst Google- und Meta-Kampagnen vollständig – von Budgetplanung über Creative-Testing bis zum wöchentlichen Reporting. Du optimierst nicht nur, du setzt die Strategie.
• SEO & GEO: Du entwickelst und exekutierst unsere organische Wachstumsstrategie: technisches SEO, Landingpage-Optimierung, Content-Struktur. Kein Outsourcing, kein Agentur-Briefing – du machst es selbst.
• Kanalexperimente: Du baust Hypothesen, testest schnell, misst scharf und skalierst, was funktioniert. Influencer-Kooperationen, neue B2C-Akquisekanäle, Lifecycle-Touchpoints – alles auf dem Tisch.
  Social Media & Content: Du verantwortest unsere Kanäle und entwickelst eine Content-Roadmap, die uns als Kategorie-Leader positioniert.
• B2B GTM: Du unterstützt beim Aufbau von GTM-Motions für gewerbliche Kunden – Werkstätten, Autohäuser, Flottenbetreiber. Erfahrung hier ist ein Bonus, keine Voraussetzung.

Kein Tag wie der andere: Heute startest du eine Outbound-Sequenz, morgen testest du neues Creative für Meta, übermorgen verhandelst du mit Influencern.

Requirements

• Du hast hands-on Erfahrung in (B2C) Performance Marketing (SEA, Meta Ads) und kannst Kampagnen eigenständig managen – inklusive Creative-Briefing, Analyse und Optimierung.
• Du bist datengetrieben und kannst aus Zahlen Entscheidungen ableiten, nicht nur Reports schreiben.
• Du hast in fast-paced Umgebungen gearbeitet – Start-ups, Beratung, VC, Investmentbanking oder Ähnlichem – und bist es gewohnt, bei Ambiguität zu exekutieren.
• Du denkst wie ein Unternehmer: Du siehst Probleme als Systeme, nicht als Aufgaben.
• Du bist ein Multitasker mit hoher Eigenmotivation – kein Micromanagement nötig, du setzt dir selbst den Standard.
• Du sprichst fließend Deutsch (C2). Englisch auf professionellem Niveau.
• Du hast Lust, ein Unternehmen von innen aufzubauen – nicht zu verwalten.
