Wir sind eine e-Commerce Agentur mit Sitz in Berlin und fokussieren uns auf die Entwicklung und Vermarktung von Online Shops für unsere Kunden. Wir suchen ab sofort nach tatkräftiger Unterstützung im Bereich Online Marketing für unsere e-Commerce Kunden – mit initialem Schwerpunkt auf SEO/GEO und der Perspektive, mittelfristig weitere Disziplinen zu übernehmen.

Aufgaben

• Du verantwortest den Aufbau und die Umsetzung von SEO/GEO (KI-Suche)-Projekten im e-Commerce Umfeld
• Du bist der zentrale Ansprechpartner für deine Kunden und identifizierst Möglichkeiten für den Ausbau der Zusammenarbeit
• Du erarbeitest Online Marketing Strategien und erstellst SEO/GEO (KI-Suche)-Audits
• Du erlernst mittelfristig komplementäre Aufgabenfelder zu SEO/GEO (KI-Suche) – insbesondere SEA, E-Mail Marketing und Paid Social –, um deine Skills auf das nächste Level zu heben
• Du arbeitest mit den neuesten KI-Tools – insbesondere Claude und n8n – und integrierst sie aktiv in deine tägliche Arbeit, um effizienter und besser zu werden
• Du moderierst und planst die Aufgaben einzelner Spezialisten (insbesondere Texter, Entwickler und Assistants)
• Du führst Workshops & Präsentationen bei deinen Kunden durch
• Du erstellst regelmäßige Reportings und leitest datengetriebene Handlungsempfehlungen für weiteres Wachstum ab

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossenes Studium, idealerweise im Bereich Marketing
• Sicheres Auftreten und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
• Selbstständige und proaktive Arbeitsweise
• Effiziente Arbeitsweise und die Fähigkeit komplexere Sachverhalte schnell zu verstehen und zu strukturieren
• Mindestens 1 Jahr Berufserfahrung im Online Marketing
• Offenheit und Neugier im Umgang mit KI-Tools (z. B. Claude, n8n) – idealerweise erste Erfahrung im produktiven Einsatz
• Ausgeprägte Organisations- und Planungsfähigkeit
• Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team
• Motivation und Wissbegierde
• Muttersprachliche Deutschkenntnisse
