Aufgaben

• Souveränität in Verkaufssteuerung, Flächenmanagement und Warenpräsentation
• Kompetenz in Führung, Entwicklung und Qualifizierung von Mitarbeitenden
• Professionalität in Organisation, Personaleinsatz und Tagessteuerung
• Ganzheitliches Verständnis für Produkte, Abläufe und bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit

Qualifikation

• Expertise im Einzelhandel, idealerweise Haushaltsgeräte / Consumer Electronics oder als Quereinsteiger bist du bereit, Neues zu lernen.
• Du hast eine Leidenschaft für Technik und bringst Begeisterung für innovative Produkte mit
• Präsenz, Verbindlichkeit und Durchsetzungsstärke
