About This Role
SiPRi ist eine junge, schnell wachsende Sicherheitsmarke aus Deutschland. Wir entwickeln
und vertreiben smarte Sicherheitsprodukte — von Alarm-Fahrradschlössern mit 120-dBAlarm über RFID-Schutz bis hin zu persönlichen Alarmen und Tresoren. Verkauft wird
primär über Amazon und unseren eigenen Shopify-Shop, im gesamten DACH-Raum.
Hinter SiPRi stehen zwei Gründer: Stefan Priesmeier bringt über 40 Jahre Erfahrung in der
Sicherheitstechnik mit, Simon Bartsch verantwortet Strategie, Marketing und Operations. Wir
arbeiten schlank, schnell und digital — und suchen Verstärkung, die mit uns wächst.
Aufgaben
Kundenservice
→ Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen über Amazon, Shopify und E-Mail — freundlich,
kompetent und schnell
→ Lösung von Reklamationen, Retouren und Garantiefällen in Abstimmung mit dem
Team
→ Pflege und Beantwortung von Produktbewertungen und Rezensionen
→ Aufbau und Pflege von Antwortvorlagen und FAQ, um den Service kontinuierlich zu
verbessern
Social Media
→ Betreuung unserer Social-Media-Kanäle (u. a. Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) —
Posten, Community-Management, Kommentare und Nachrichten
→ Erstellung und Planung von Content in Abstimmung mit dem Marketing (Bild, kurze
Captions, einfache Clips)
→ Beobachtung von Trends und Mitbewerbern sowie Sammeln von Content-Ideen
→ Unterstützung bei der Auswertung der wichtigsten Kennzahlen (Reichweite,
Engagement, Antwortzeiten)
Qualifikation
Sehr gutes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift — du formulierst klar, freundlich und
fehlerfrei
→ Erste Erfahrung im Kundenservice, Social Media oder E-Commerce (auch als
Quereinsteiger:in möglich)
→ Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen digitalen Tools; Erfahrung mit Amazon, Shopify oder
Social-Media-Tools ist ein Plus
→ Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise — wichtig im RemoteSetup
→ Gespür für Sprache, Marke und einen guten, seriösen Ton
