Aufgaben

Deine Aufgaben

• Schnittstellen und EDI – du betreust unsere elektronischen Datenaustauschprozesse (EDI) und sorgst dafür, dass Bestellungen, Lieferscheine und Rechnungen korrekt und automatisiert verarbeitet werden.
• Zahlen und Genauigkeit – du prüfst Eingangsrechnungen, klärst Abweichungen und unterstützt bei der korrekten Verbuchung im Warenwirtschaftssystem.
• Systeme und Integration – du arbeitest an der Verknüpfung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Systeme (Warenwirtschaft, Kassensystem, Buchhaltung) und behältst die Datenflüsse im Blick.
• Fehleranalyse und Problemlösung – du erkennst Störungen in Prozessen frühzeitig, analysierst Ursachen und sorgst für nachhaltige Lösungen.
• Kommunikation und Abstimmung – du bist Schnittstelle zwischen Einkauf, Buchhaltung, IT, Lieferanten und externen Partnern.
• Optimierung und Digitalisierung – du bringst Ideen ein, wie Prozesse automatisiert und effizienter gestaltet werden können.

• Prozessverständnis – du hast Interesse an Abläufen rund um Einkauf, Rechnungsprüfung und Buchhaltung.
• Zahlenaffinität – du arbeitest sorgfältig und hast ein gutes Verständnis für Rechnungen und Daten.
• Technisches Verständnis – du hast Spaß an Systemen, Schnittstellen und digitalen Prozessen.
