Wir suchen einen proaktiven Werkstudenten (m/w/d), der uns dabei unterstützt, unsere IT-Infrastruktur zu warten, zu optimieren und abzusichern. • User Support: Analyse und Behebung von Hardware- und Softwareproblemen sowie Unterstützung der Anwender bei verschiedenen IT-Systemen und Anwendungen.
• Onboarding & Offboarding: Eigenverantwortliche Übernahme des IT-Lifecycles für Teammitglieder – von der Einrichtung der Notebooks und Mobilgeräte bis hin zur Konfiguration der Druckersoftware.
• Systemwartung: Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Hardwarekomponenten (PCs, Server, Peripherie) sowie Sicherstellung regelmäßiger Backups und Updates.
• Identity Management: Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten und Zugriffsrechten, um einen sicheren und organisierten Betrieb zu gewährleisten.

Deine Stärken

• Ausbildung: Du bist aktuell in einem Studiengang im Bereich Informatik, Informationstechnik oder einem verwandten Feld eingeschrieben.
• Technische Grundlagen: Fundiertes Basiswissen in den Bereichen Hardware, Software, Netzwerke und IT-Sicherheit.
• Tools: Erfahrung im Umgang mit Google Workspace-Umgebungen.
• Soft Skills: Eine serviceorientierte Denkweise mit starken Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Freude an der Teamarbeit.
• Mindset: Eine proaktive Arbeitsweise, Flexibilität und die echte Bereitschaft, zu lernen und zu wachsen.
• Sprachen: Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (C1-Niveau).
