Aufgaben
- In dieser Rolle übernimmst du die Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen – inklusive Chatbot-Interaktionen – mit Fokus auf schriftliche Kommunikation.
- Du analysierst technische Probleme anhand von Logs und Kundendaten, dokumentierst wiederkehrende Fehlerbilder und arbeitest eng mit dem internen Entwicklungsteam zusammen.
- Die Arbeitszeiten orientieren sich an deutschen Bürozeiten, die Stelle ist jedoch vollständig ortsunabhängig.
Qualifikation
- technische Affinität oder Erfahrung im technischen Kundensupport
- eine strukturierte und analytische Arbeitsweise, selbständiges und lösungsorientiertes Vorgehen
- Erfahrung mit KI Tools ist ein klares Plus
- Deutsch und Englisch sind die primäre Arbeitssprache. Französisch, oder skandinavische Sprachen gewünscht sind ein Vorteil
