Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) IT-Servicepoint
Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum 01.06.2026 einen engagierten IT-Servicepoint-Mitarbeiter (m/w/d), der Freude am direkten Userkontakt hat und IT nicht nur versteht, sondern auch serviceorientiert lebt. Sie arbeiten in Vollzeit (40 Stunden/Woche) mit festen Arbeitszeiten.
Aufgaben
- Allgemeiner Support von IT-Hard- und Software (Lenovo, HP und Apple)
- Persönliche Beratung und Betreuung der Anwender im Servicepoint
- Ausgabe, Rücknahme und Verwaltung von IT-Equipment und Zubehör
- Durchführung von Healthchecks sowie AD-Kontenverwaltung
- Schnittstelle zwischen Usern und nachgelagerten IT-Prozessen
- Dokumentation und Pflege von Asset Daten im Kundensystem
Qualifikation
- Erfahrung im IT-Support / IT-Servicepoint / IT-Service Desk
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in aktueller IT-Hardware (Laptops, Smartphones, Tablets)
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Windows, MS Office 365, Active Directory, SCCM, MDM
- Ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung
- Ordentliches Auftreten in bereitgestellter Arbeitskleidung
- Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und eigenständige Arbeitsweise
- Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie fließende Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
