Aufgaben

• Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung bestehender Microsoft-365-Lösungen sowie Sicherstellung eines stabilen Betriebs
• Verwaltung von Berechtigungen, Benutzerzugängen und Governance-Richtlinien
• Definition, Pflege und regelmäßige Optimierung von Zugriffs- und Berechtigungskonzepten
• Begleitung des gesamten Lebenszyklus von Teams, Arbeitsbereichen und digitalen Ressourcen – von der Einrichtung bis zur Archivierung
• Analyse und Weiterentwicklung von Dokumenten- und Freigabeprozessen mithilfe moderner Workflows
• Umsetzung von Integrationen sowie Unterstützung bei Digitalisierungsprojekten
• Erstellung von Schulungsunterlagen, Vermittlung von Best Practices sowie Information über neue Funktionen und Innovationen im Microsoft-365-Umfeld
• Analyse der Anforderungen der Fachbereiche sowie Entwicklung passender technischer Lösungen daraus

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung, IT-Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in der Administration von Microsoft 365
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online und OneDrive sowie sicherer Umgang mit Entra ID, dem Microsoft Admin Center und idealerweise PowerShell
• Erfahrung im Management von Berechtigungen sowie im Lifecycle-Management von Microsoft-365-Ressourcen
• Erfolgreiche Begleitung von Datenmigrationen und modernen Dokumentenmanagement-Lösungen
• Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Single Sign-on, Systemintegration und KI-gestützten Microsoft-Lösungen
• Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten
