Wir suchen ab dem 01.07.2026 / 01.08.2026 einen erfahrerenen Mediengestalter / Grafikdesigner (m/w/d).

Du liebst es, wenn Design nicht nur gut aussieht, sondern messbar verkauft? Du arbeitest schnell, präzise und hast einen extrem hohen Anspruch an deine eigene Performance? Du denkst Performance + Marke und baust Systeme statt Einzelgrafiken? Bei Rudelkönig bist du kein „Erfüllungsgehilfe“, sondern der kreative Motor hinter unserem gesamten Außenauftritt.

Aufgaben

Deine Aufgaben:

• Performance Ads: Erstellung von hochkonvertierenden Creatives für Meta (Facebook/Instagram) und Google. Du verstehst, welcher Hook visuell funktioniert.
• E-Commerce Assets: Design von erstklassigen Listingbildern für Amazon und unsere weiteren Marktplätze sowie den Shopify-Store (inkl. A+ Content).
• Storefront-Management: Gestaltung von Hero-Bannern, Landingpages und UI-Elementen, die das Shopping-Erlebnis auf ein neues Level heben.
• Retention Design: Erstellung von packenden Grafiken für unser CRM (Klaviyo/Newsletter) und automatisierte Mail-Strecken.
• Brand-Consistency: Pflege und Weiterentwicklung unserer Social Media Präsenz und Umsetzung aller anfallenden „Daily Business“ Grafiken.

Qualifikation

Dein Profil:

• Werkzeug-Profi: Du beherrschst die Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) im Schlaf. Du nutzt KI täglich für deine Performance und Speed. Kenntnisse in Figma oder Videoschnitt (CapCut/Premiere) sind ein Plus.
• Performance-Mindset: Du gestaltest nicht für die Galerie, sondern für den Klick. Du verstehst die Dynamik des E-Commerce, Shops, der Listings, des CRM und Social als System.
• Hands-on & Resilient: In Hochphasen (z.B. Black Friday) läufst du zur Hochform auf. Du liebst das Tempo eines wachsenden Startups.
• A-Player-Mentalität: Du hast ein Auge für Details, arbeitest strukturiert und bringst eine „Get-it-done“-Einstellung mit. Du lieferst eine Richtung, nicht nur Dateien.
