Für unseren Standort in Köln suchen wir ab sofort eine:n Marketing Manager:in B2B mit Schwerpunkt Sales Enablement & Leadgenerierung in Vollzeit.

Aufgaben

• Planung und Umsetzung vertriebsnaher B2B-Marketingmaßnahmen für Zielkunden, Branchen, Kampagnen und Events
• Erstellung und Pflege von Content für LinkedIn, Website, Newsletter, Blogartikel, Case Studies und Referenzen
• Verständliche Aufbereitung komplexer Themen aus Data, BI, KI und Beratung für unsere Zielgruppen
• Weiterentwicklung von Website-Inhalten, Landingpages und digitalen Kampagnen inkl. SEO- und Conversion-Grundlagen
• Erstellung von Vertriebsunterlagen wie Präsentationen, One-Pagern, Pitch-Unterlagen und Referenzmaterialien
• Planung, Vermarktung und Nachbereitung von Webinaren, Events und Messeauftritten inkl. Lead-Übergabe an Sales
• Pflege und Nutzung von HubSpot sowie Auswertung relevanter KPIs zur Bewertung der Marketingmaßnahmen
• Briefing und Steuerung von Werkstudenten sowie pragmatische Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern

Qualifikation

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im B2B-Marketing, idealerweise im IT-, Beratungs-, Software- oder Tech-Umfeld
• Fundiertes Verständnis für vertriebsnahes Marketing, Leadgenerierung und Neukundengewinnung
• Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen klar, zielgruppengerecht und überzeugend aufzubereiten
• Erfahrung in der Content-Erstellung sowie in der Betreuung von LinkedIn, Website, Kampagnen und Events
• Ausgeprägtes Priorisierungsvermögen sowie ein pragmatischer und umsetzungsorientierter Arbeitsstil
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
• Kenntnisse in HubSpot, SEO, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud / InDesign oder Newslettertools sind ein Plus
