M&A Director (m/w/d)

Für unser Team suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt an unserem Standort Frankfurt am Main einen Director (m/w/d) für den Bereich Mergers & Acquisitions.

Aufgaben

• Eigenverantwortliche Führung und Leitung von M&A Projekten, inklusive Prozesssteuerung intern und extern, Kommunikation mit Kunden und potenziellen Interessenten sowie Verhandlung und Koordination des gesamten Transaktionsprozesses.
• Beratung der Gesellschafter im Zusammenhang mit der Veräußerung von Unternehmensanteilen.
• Durchführung von initialen Gesprächen mit Unternehmerinnen und Unternehmern sowie Betreuung unserer Kunden über den gesamten Verkaufsprozess.
• Erstellung von Informationsmemoranden, Teasern, Käuferanalysen, Management und Bankenpräsentationen sowie weiteren internen und externen Präsentationen.
• Durchführung von Markt und Unternehmensanalysen sowie finanziellen und bewertungsbezogenen Auswertungen.
• Erstellung von Pitches zur Gewinnung neuer Mandanten und zur Akquisition von Beratungsprojekten.
• Pflege von Kundenkontakten, Teilnahme an Messen und Veranstaltungen.
• Weiterentwicklung des M&A Bereichs und des jeweiligen Standorts.
• Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Teams.
• Qualitätssicherung bei internen und externen Projekten.
• Zusammenarbeit mit den anderen Directors und Partnern bei strategischen, administrativen und Marketing Aktivitäten, inklusive dem Einbringen eigener Ideen zur Weiterentwicklung des Unternehmens.

Qualifikation

• Mindestens 8 Jahre M&A Expertise in einer Big4-Gesellschaft, Investment Bank, M&A Boutique oder Strategy Consulting Firm
• Mehrere erfolgreich abgeschlossene M&A Transaktionen
• Ein positives und souveränes Auftreten sowie hohe Verhandlungssicherheit, auch in englischer Sprache.
• Eine stark ausgeprägte Deal Closing Mentalität und Hands on Mentalität.
• Eine belastbare und engagierte Persönlichkeit sowie ein Teamplayer mit aufgeschlossenem und ausgeprägtem kommunikativem Wesen.
• Unternehmerisches Denken, hohe Leistungsbereitschaft und der Anspruch, gemeinsam mit anderen etwas zu bewegen.Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen, Kunden eng zu begleiten und Projekte mit hoher Qualität voranzutreiben.
