Management and Program Analyst

Experience: You qualify for the GS-14 grade level if you possess 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, performing duties such as: Applying analytical tools and methodologies to independently resolve complex planning, evaluation, and resource allocation problems across multiple management levels. Directing team studies by utilizing advanced qualitative and quantitative methods to evaluate program effectiveness and achieve established goals and objectives. Organizing and coordinating systematic analytical efforts by providing written and oral reports with conclusions and recommendations to supervisors, managers, and executives within internal and external organizations. Converting program goals into specific and measurable deliverables, milestones, and schedules by managing programs to ensure timely delivery of quality products within budget. Utilizing standard computer programs and specialized systems to develop and maintain electronic files, presentations, and spreadsheets that concisely present findings and recommendations for program and project management.
