Zum Aufbau unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine:n Managed Services Engineer (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.

Aufgaben

• Implementierung und Integration neuer sowie Überführung bestehender Sicherheitslösungen in den Managed Service
• Monitoring von Kundensystemen sowie Diagnose und Beheben von Problemen mit Fokus auf das Sophos Produktportfolio
• Regelmäßige Validierung und Installation von Sicherheits- und Firmware-Updates, proaktive Health Checks und Dokumentationspflege
• Erstellung und Präsentation von Sicherheitsberichten, Risikobewertungen und Handlungsempfehlungen
• Unterstützung in der Strategieberatung und bei Verwundbarkeitsanalysen von Kundensystemen
• Unterstützung in kurz- sowie langfristiger Projektarbeit im Bereich IT-Sicherheit und Netzwerk wie z. B. Migrationen von Firewall-Systemen
• Kontinuierliche Weiterbildung und Zertifizierung im Bereich IT-Sicherheit

Qualifikation

• Analytischer oder technischer Bildungshintergrund, z.B. Ausbildung im Bereich IT und IT-Sicherheit
• Erste Berufserfahrung in den Themenfeldern Informationstechnik und/oder IT-Sicherheit
• Zwingend erforderlich sind erste Erfahrungen mit dem Produktportfolio von Sophos, von Vorteil sind bereits abgelegte Herstellerzertifizierungen
• Erste Erfahrung in Administration, Nutzung und Implementierung von IT-Sicherheitslösungen und Netzwerkinfrastrukturen
• Ausgeprägte Analysefähigkeit gepaart mit hoher Problemlösekompetenz
• Hohe Teamfähigkeit, gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit mit wechselnden Ansprechpartnern und Willen zur Weiterentwicklung
• Bevorzugt: Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift für Austausch mit ausländischen Kollegen
