In dieser Schlüsselrolle verantwortest du den IT-Servicebereich und prägst maßgeblich die Servicequalität einer komplexen, wachsenden IT-Organisation. Du agierst als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen IT, Fachbereichen und externen Partnern und entwickelst Serviceprozesse konsequent weiter. Der Fokus liegt weniger im operativen Ticketgeschäft, sondern klar auf Steuerung, Optimierung und nachhaltiger Professionalisierung. Aufgaben

• Gesamtverantwortung für das IT Service Management inkl. fachlicher und disziplinarischer Führung der Teams
• Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung von Service Desk, Workplace & Client Management sowie Scan-, Druck- und Output-Services
• Aufbau und Etablierung eines wirkungsvollen Incident- und Problem-Managements
• Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von SLA-, KPI- und Service-Reporting-Strukturen
• Sicherstellung einer konstant hohen Servicequalität über alle IT-Services hinweg
• Analyse von Schwachstellen, Ableitung von Maßnahmen und nachhaltige Problemlösung
• Entwicklung und Optimierung effizienter Support- und Serviceprozesse
• Einsatz von Automatisierung sowie Aufbau KI-gestützter Serviceprozesse
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Infrastruktur-, Security- und Applikationsteams
• Steuerung externer Dienstleister und Hersteller
• Strategische Weiterentwicklung der gesamten IT-Service-Landschaft

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Führungserfahrung im IT-Service-, Service-Desk- oder Workplace-Umfeld
• Fundierte Kenntnisse im IT Service Management (insb. ITIL, Incident & Problem Management)
• Sehr gutes Verständnis moderner Workplace- und Microsoft-Umgebungen sowie Client- und Endpoint-Management
• Erfahrung im Aufbau und in der Skalierung effizienter Supportorganisationen
• Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein
• Fähigkeit, operative Exzellenz mit strategischer Weiterentwicklung zu verbinden
• Affinität zu Automatisierung, KI-gestützten Services und modernen Serviceplattformen
• Klare Kommunikation, Durchsetzungsstärke und ausgeprägtes Ownership
• Hands-on-Mentalität mit souveränem Auftreten gegenüber internen und externen Stakeholdern
