ÜBER DEN VERBAND

Bei unserem Mandanten handelt es sich um einen Bundesindustrieverband einer Zukunftsbranche im Schnittstellenbereich "Digitales und Energie". Dieser schafft nicht nur vielfältige neue Arbeitsplätze in Deutschland, sondern ist maßgeblich Treiber für technische Innovationen in Richtung Digitalisierung. Er ist zudem in ein europaweites Netzwerk aus gleichen nationalen Dachvereinigungen eingebettet.

Diese Stelle ist in Vollzeit in Frankfurt a. M. zu besetzen und kann hybrid ausgeübt werden, sofern eine Wohnnähe zum Großraum Frankfurt a. M. gegeben ist.

Aufgaben

IHRE AUFGABE

Sie übernehmen die Gesamtverantwortung für den Bereich „Mitgliederservices / Member Experience“ der Verbandszugehörigen Unternehmen – vom ersten Kontakt und Onboarding über die ganzheitliche Betreuung während ihrer Verbandszugehörigkeit bis hin zum Renewal/Win‑back. Sie entwickeln diesen Bereich strategisch weiter, bauen skalierbare Prozesse und CRM-Lösungen entsprechend auf und sorgen dafür, dass die Mitgliedsunternehmen den konkreten Nutzen des Industrieverbands spüren – und jederzeit nachvollziehen können. Ziel ist es, Mitgliedsmehrwert messbar zu liefern und sichtbar zu machen. Dies umfasst folgende Aufgaben im Detail:

Member Lifecycle & Member Success

• End‑to‑End‑Verantwortung für Onboarding, Betreuung, Aktivierung, Bindung und Rückgewinnung
• Aufbau eines Key‑Account‑Modells und Durchführung regelmäßiger Zufriedenheitsbefragungen

Mehrwert & Portfolio

• Entwicklung eines attraktiven Leistungsportfolios für die Mitgliedsunternehmen einschließlich einer Balance der unterschiedlichen Mitgliedergruppeninteressen
• „Member Value“ sichtbar machen: Quarterly Member Value Report, Nutzenkommunikation, segmentierte Benefit‑Logik – als Hebel für die Kosten‑Nutzen‑Wahrnehmung

Kommunikation als Mitgliederservice

• Mitarbeit am Mitglieder‑Newsletter als Serviceprodukt mit Fokus auf Zielgruppenspezifische Themen
• Networking & Events (Member Experience)
• Hierbei führen Sie das Team Event- und Projektmanagement und entwickeln gemeinsam neue Formate und verantworten so einer unserer drei wesentlichen Verbandskernbereiche.

Engagement & Arbeitsgruppen

• Systematische Aktivierung von Mitgliedern in Arbeitsgruppen: klare Aufträge, Output‑Rhythmen (Best Practices, Benchmarks/Marktdaten, Initiativen)

Prozesse, CRM & Steuerung

• Optimierung/Digitalisierung der Mitgliedschaftsprozesse und Pflege/Weiterentwicklung des CRM
• Definition von KPIs (Retention, Wachstum, Engagement, Servicequalität) und regelmäßiges Reporting an die Geschäftsführung

Qualifikation

DAS WÜNSCHEN WIR UNS VON IHNEN

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Mitgliederbetreuung / Mitgliederservices bzw. Community Management im Verbands- oder Kammerumfeld
• Nachweisbare Erfahrung im CRM-spezifischen Prozessdesign, Datenqualität & Reporting
• Ausgeprägte Service‑ und Stakeholder-Orientierung mit diplomatischen Geschick (Zielkonflikte zwischen Mitgliedergruppen moderieren)
• Erfahrung im Bereich von Mitgliedskampagnen sowie die Fähigkeit zur synergetischen Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Schnittstellen (Kommunikation/Event/Public Affairs)
• Aufgrund der internationalen Mitgliederstruktur sind neben fließenden Deutschkenntnissen in Wort und Schrift zudem ebenso gute Englischkenntnisse erforderlich
