Aufgaben

Operative Steuerung von Paid Social Kampagnen

• Unterstützung bei der Erstellung, Einbuchung und Überwachung von Kampagnen auf Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Criteo und Outbrain
• Wettbewerbsanalyse: Du beobachtest Ads und Trends von Mitbewerbern und teilst interessante Insights im Team

Datenanalyse & Reporting

• Analyse von Kampagnendaten und Creatives anhand relevanter Kennzahlen (KPIs)
• Aufbereitung der Ergebnisse in übersichtlichen Reports / Präsentationen
• Identifikation von kleinen Optimierungspotenzialen und Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung

Creative Gestaltung & Zusammenarbeit

• Mitwirkung bei der Analyse, welche Visuals besonders gut performen
• Zusammenarbeit mit unserer Grafikerin zur grafischen Umsetzung der Visuals (optional)

Qualifikation

Wir suchen jemanden, der uns in Teilzeit (bis zu 24 Stunden/Woche) tatkräftig unterstützt und gemeinsam mit uns wachsen möchte.

• Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein Studium in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Medienmanagement, Volkswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich.
• Du hast bereits Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Paid Advertising sammeln können, idealerweise in der Fashion- und Lifestyle-Branche.
• Du bist ein echter Social Media Kenner und auf allen Kanälen aktiv (Insta, Tiktok & Co).
• Du hast ein gutes Verständnis der verschiedenen Paid Channels sowie deren spezifischen Anforderungen und bringst Neugier mit, Dich über die neuesten Branchentrends und Technologien zu informieren.
• Du hast eine Affinität zu Zahlen und nutzt deine ausgeprägten analytischen Fähigkeiten zur effektiven Problemlösung, gleichzeitig hast Du Freude daran auch kreativ zu arbeiten.
• Du treibst gerne Veränderungen voran, bist kreativ und innovativ und arbeitest mit einer Hands-On-Mentalität.
• Du arbeitest strukturiert, zuverlässig und eigenverantwortlich, findest kreative Lösungen für Herausforderungen und bist ein echter Teamplayer.
• Du sprichst Deutsch und Englisch sicher in Wort und Schrift.
