Aufgaben

• Influencer-Marketing: Du entwickelst Strategien für Influencer-Kampagnen, planst den gesamten Ablauf – von der Zieldefinition über die Kanalauswahl bis zur Budgetverteilung – und betreust Kooperationspartner:innen von der ersten Ansprache bis zum Reporting. Du weißt, wie man einen guten UGC-Brief aufsetzt, und erkennst, welche Creator:innen wirklich zu einer Brand passen.
• Social Media: Planung, Erstellung und Ausspielung von Content für Instagram und TikTok – mit einem Gespür dafür, welche Formate und Inhalte auf den jeweiligen Plattformen funktionieren.
• Analyse & Reporting: Du behältst relevante KPIs im Blick, leitest Optimierungsmaßnahmen ab und bereitest Ergebnisse strukturiert auf – ob für eine Influencer-Kampagne oder eine Paid-Anzeige.
• Paid Social: Verfügst du über Erfahrung mit Meta Ads oder TikTok Ads, besteht die Möglichkeit, perspektivisch auch die Planung und Umsetzung von Paid-Kampagnen zu übernehmen.
• Content Creation: Wer Interesse an eigener Content-Erstellung mitbringt – etwa Reels, Stories oder kurze Videoclips – kann diesen Bereich aktiv mitgestalten.
• Online-Marketing-Allround: Je nach Kenntnisstand besteht die Möglichkeit, auch über Social Media hinaus Verantwortung zu übernehmen – etwa in den Bereichen SEO, E-Mail-Marketing, Google Ads oder Onlineshop-Management.

Qualifikation

Das bringst du mit

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium – im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, E-Commerce oder etwas Vergleichbarem. Quereinsteiger:innen mit relevanter Praxiserfahrung sind ebenfalls willkommen.
• Praktische Erfahrung im Influencer Marketing – du hast Kampagnen mitgeplant oder umgesetzt und weißt, wie man Kooperationen von der Ansprache bis zum Reporting begleitet.
• Du weißt, wie Instagram und TikTok funktionieren, und hast ein Gefühl dafür, was auf diesen Plattformen ankommt.
• Du arbeitest strukturiert, eigenverantwortlich und hast Lust, Dinge voranzutreiben.
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
• Interesse an gesunder Ernährung – ein Faible für Bio und Nachhaltigkeit ist ein schönes Plus.

Das wäre ein echtes Plus – aber kein Muss:

• Kenntnisse im Bereich Paid Social, z. B. Meta Ads
• Agenturerfahrung – du kennst schnelle Timelines und strukturiertes Kampagnenmanagement
• Spaß an eigener Content-Erstellung – du greifst gerne selbst zur Kamera
• Erfahrung im Online Marketing Allround – SEO, Newsletter, Google Ads oder E-Commerce: Wer über Social Media hinaus Kenntnisse mitbringt, kann bei uns schnell Verantwortung übernehmen
• Kenntnisse in Tools wie Canva, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Klaviyo oder SEMrush
