Junior Finance Manager (m/w/d)

Als Junior Finance Manager (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt Accounting übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Rolle im internen und externen Rechnungswesen unserer wachsenden Unternehmensgruppe mit derzeit rund 45 Dentallaboren.

Aufgaben

• Operatives Rechnungswesen: Eigenständige Bearbeitung der laufenden Finanzbuchhaltung der Holding sowie Verwaltung von Ein- und Ausgangsrechnungen
• DATEV & digitale Prozesse: Anlage, Weiterentwicklung und Überprüfung von Buchhaltungsprozessen, insbesondere in DATEV Unternehmen Online als zentralem System für alle Gesellschaften
• Zahlungsverkehr & Cash Management: Durchführung und Kontrolle des Zahlungsverkehrs sowie aktives Management der Liquidität inkl. Weiterentwicklung von Cash-Pooling-Strukturen
• Abschlüsse & Reporting: Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen sowie Unterstützung im externen Reporting
• Konzernabschluss & Konsolidierung: Mitwirkung bei der Konsolidierung (inkl. Cashflow) und Unterstützung bei der Erstellung des Konzernabschlusses mit LucaNet
• Intercompany & Standardisierung: Durchführung und Abstimmung konzerninterner Verrechnungen sowie Mitarbeit bei der Standardisierung von Accounting-Prozessen und Bilanzierungsrichtlinien
• Schnittstellen & Systementwicklung: Unterstützung bei der Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung von Schnittstellen (z. B. LucaNet SmartNotes)
• Ansprechpartnerfunktion: Enge Zusammenarbeit und Kommunikation mit Geschäftsführern der Dentallabore, Verwaltungsmitarbeitern, Steuerberatern und Wirtschaftsprüfern
• Reisekosten & Zusatzthemen: Abrechnung von Reisekosten sowie Mitwirkung bei angrenzenden Themen wie Post-Merger-Integration

Qualifikation

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Steuerfachangestellten (m/w/d), Steuerfachwirt (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Accounting, idealerweise in einer Steuerkanzlei oder einem mittelständischen Unternehmen
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Finanzbuchhaltung sowie in der Rechnungslegung nach HGB
• Sicherer Umgang mit DATEV, DATEV Unternehmen Online sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit LucaNet
• Idealerweise Erfahrung im Controlling
• Strukturierte, selbständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise mit hoher Zahlenaffinität
• Analytisches Denkvermögen und Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge
• Kommunikationsstärke sowie ein sicheres und lösungsorientiertes Auftreten im Konzernumfeld
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Excel; Apple-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
