Aufgaben

Deine Mission

Du bist die Stimme und das Auge unserer Marke. Du hast keine Lust auf weichgespülten Standard-Content, sondern brennst darauf, unsere Werte in Text und Design zu übersetzen.

• Content mit Haltung: Du schreibst Newsletter und Blogartikel, die wirklich etwas aussagen. Du erklärst komplexe Themen einfach und ehrlich. SEO-optimiert, aber immer mit Fokus auf den Mehrwert für Eltern.
• Design & Kreation: Du denkst nicht nur in Worten, sondern auch in Bildern. Du gestaltest Visuals, Layouts und kleine Illustrationen, die unsere klare Kante optisch unterstreichen. Von der Meta-Ad bis zum Webseiten-Asset.
• AI als smarter Co-Pilot: Du bist ein AI-Native. Du nutzt Tools wie Gemini, Claude, Langdock oder Midjourney, um deine Prozesse zu beschleunigen und noch kreativer zu werden.
• Kanal-Allrounder: Ob eine knackige Ad oder ein tiefgreifender Artikel – du weißt, wie du unsere Botschaft für das jeweilige Format aufbereitest.

• Du liebst Klartext: Du schreibst direkt, nahbar und ohne geschwollene Phrasen. Du kannst unsere ehrliche Art verkörpern und hast keine Angst vor Transparenz.
• Kreatives Multitalent: Du hast ein Händchen für Design (Canva, Adobe Suite o.Ä.) und Freude daran, Texte visuell zum Leben zu erwecken.
• AI-Expertise: Du kennst die neuesten AI-Workflows für Text und Bild und nutzt sie sicher, ohne die SEO-Relevanz oder die Qualität aus den Augen zu verlieren.
• Selbstläufer: Du hast Lust auf die Dynamik eines jungen, stark wachsenden, international agierenden Unternehmens, arbeitest eigenständig und bringst deine eigenen Ideen proaktiv ein.
