Als Junior Buchhalter (m/w/d) erwartet Dich eine vielseitige Position mit viel Gestaltungsspielraum. Du sorgst für die reibungslose Abwicklung laufender Buchhaltungsprozesse und übernimmst Verantwortung für verschiedene Aufgaben im Finanzbereich. Darüber hinaus hast Du die Möglichkeit, aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung interner Abläufe mitzuwirken und eigene Ideen einzubringen. Insbesondere bei der Modernisierung von Finanzprozessen und der Umsetzung digitaler Lösungen kannst Du einen wichtigen Beitrag leisten und die Zukunft des Unternehmens mitgestalten.

Aufgaben

• Du sorgst für die ordnungsgemäße Erfassung und Verbuchung sämtlicher Geschäftsvorfälle und bearbeitest dabei unter anderem Eingangsrechnungen, Banktransaktionen sowie zollrelevante Unterlagen.
• Du überwachst und stimmst Bankkonten regelmäßig ab und stellst eine transparente sowie verlässliche Kontenführung sicher.
• Du verantwortest den gesamten Zahlungsverkehr – von der Vorbereitung und Prüfung bis hin zur fristgerechten Ausführung – und unterstützt ein effizientes Liquiditätsmanagement.
• In enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen prüfst Du Rechnungen auf Plausibilität, Vollständigkeit und sachliche Richtigkeit.
• Du wirkst aktiv bei der Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen mit und führst die dafür erforderlichen Abschlussbuchungen eigenständig durch.
• Du bearbeitest umsatzsteuerliche Fragestellungen, erstellst steuerliche Meldungen und sorgst für deren termingerechte Einreichung.
• Du prüfst und bearbeitest Reisekostenabrechnungen und trägst so zu einer reibungslosen Abwicklung administrativer Finanzprozesse bei.
• Darüber hinaus bringst Du Dich mit Deinen Ideen in die Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Finanz- und Buchhaltungsprozesse ein.

Qualifikation

• Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit wirtschaftlichem Schwerpunkt oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung absolviert. Eine Zusatzqualifikation im Bereich Rechnungswesen, Finanzen oder Steuern ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss.
• Du bringst bereits fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung mit und konntest insbesondere im Hauptbuch wertvolle Praxiserfahrung sammeln.
• Du begeisterst Dich für moderne Finanzprozesse und hast Interesse daran, Veränderungen aktiv voranzutreiben – insbesondere in den Bereichen Digitalisierung, Automatisierung und Prozessoptimierung.
• Zahlen, Zusammenhänge und wirtschaftliche Kennzahlen verstehst Du nicht nur im Detail, sondern auch im größeren Unternehmenskontext. Dabei ist Dir bewusst, welchen Beitrag eine verlässliche Finanzbuchhaltung zum nachhaltigen Unternehmenserfolg leistet.
• Der sichere Umgang mit MS Office und digitalen Anwendungen gehört für Dich zum Arbeitsalltag. Idealerweise verfügst Du zudem über Erfahrung mit ERP- oder Buchhaltungssystemen, beispielsweise SAP Business One.
• Du arbeitest strukturiert, gewissenhaft und eigenverantwortlich und überzeugst gleichzeitig durch eine lösungsorientierte und proaktive Arbeitsweise.
• Teamarbeit ist für Dich selbstverständlich. Du schätzt den Austausch mit unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen und kommunizierst professionell sowie auf Augenhöhe.
