Mit unserem neunköpfigen Team sind wir spezialisiert auf TK-, Netzwerk- und IT-Systeme für kleine und mittelständische Unternehmen.

Aufgaben

• Ansprechpartner/in für IT- und TK relevante Fragestellungen im Hard- und Softwarebereich
• Aufbau, Administration, Wartung und Support von Server-Hardware, Storage, Server-/Client-Betriebssystemen und entsprechenden Netzwerkkomponenten
• Administration und Migration von Windows-Netzwerkumgebung (Domain-Controller, Active Directory). Einrichtung entsprechender Freigaben, Berechtigungen und Gruppenrichtlinien
• Beratung und Einweisung von Kunden in ihre Systemumgebung
• Identifizierung, Behebung von anfallenden Anwenderproblemen und Dokumentation per Telefon, Remote oder vor Ort

Qualifikation

• abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (Fachinformatiker Systemintegration oder vergleichbare Kenntnisse im IT-Bereich ggfs. auch Quereinsteiger)
• idealerweise mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Kundensupport sowie dem Aufbau und der Betreuung von IT-Infrastrukturen
• sehr gute Kenntnisse in aktuellen Windows-Server/Client-Umgebungen und im
  Microsoft 365-Umfeld
• vertrauter Umgang mit Virtualisierungstechniken und Netzwerktopologie
• idealerweise Erfahrungen im TK- Bereich
• ausgeprägte Servicebereitschaft, Teamfähigkeit und freundliches Auftreten
• hohe Problemlösungsfähigkeit, Selbstorganisation, Flexibilität und Zielstrebigkeit
• kontinuierliches Interesse und Verfolgung von aktuellen Technologien und Entwicklungen
