Rund 70 Mitarbeiter in Nagold und Rottweil-Neufra entwickeln umfassende Gesamtkonzepte und maßgeschneiderte Lösungen in den Bereichen IT-Systeme, Drucksysteme, Dokumentenmanagement, Büro- & Objekteinrichtung und Bürobedarf.

Aufgaben

• Verantwortung für die Köbele-IT-Infrastruktur: Sicherstellung eines stabilen und reibungslosen Betriebs der gesamten IT-Systemlandschaft.
• Überblick über die internen Systemlandschaften: Überwachung und Bewertung bestehender IT-Strukturen im Hinblick auf Leistungsfähigkeit, Aktualität und Sicherheit (z. B. Hardware, Betriebssysteme, Lizenzen, Datensicherung) sowie Ableitung konkreter Maßnahmen.
• Beratung & Weiterentwicklung: Unterstützung der Geschäftsleitung sowie Umsetzung von Maßnahmen durch Planung von Investitionen, Lizenzbedarfen und Modernisierungen (z. B. Netzwerk, Segmentierung, WLAN).
• IT-Kundensupport: Eigenständige Durchführung von IT-Serviceeinsätzen, Analyse und Behebung von Störungen sowie technische Betreuung von Kundenumgebungen im laufenden Betrieb.
• Installation & Inbetriebnahme von IT-Systemen: Durchführung von Installationen, Rollouts und Systemeinrichtungen beim Kunden sowie Einrichtung, Konfiguration und Inbetriebnahme neuer Hard- und Software.
• Koordination & Delegation: Steuerung, Abstimmung und Verteilung der internen Systemadministrationsaufgaben innerhalb des IT-Teams.

Qualifikation

• Qualifikation: Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung, Weiterbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• Berufserfahrung: Praktische Erfahrung in der IT-Systemadministration und im IT-Serviceumfeld.
• System- & Infrastrukturkenntnisse: Sicherer Umgang mit Windows-Clients und Serverstrukturen (z. B. Active Directory) sowie grundlegende Kenntnisse in Netzwerktechnologien und Virtualisierung.
• Technische Umsetzungskompetenz: Erfahrung in der Analyse und Behebung komplexerer IT-Störungen sowie in der Umsetzung von Installationen, Systemeinrichtungen und Infrastrukturmaßnahmen.
• Überblick & Verantwortungsbewusstsein: Fähigkeit, IT-Systeme ganzheitlich zu betrachten, Zusammenhänge zu erkennen und Aufgaben eigenständig zu priorisieren.
• Dienstleistungsorientierte Arbeitsweise: Verantwortungsbewusstes Arbeiten sowie zuverlässige Einhaltung von Absprachen und Terminen. Souveräne und professionelle Repräsentation von Köbele als IT-Dienstleister.
• Führerschein Klasse B: Bereitschaft zu Serviceeinsätzen beim Kunden (remote und vor Ort).
