Ihre Aufgaben

• Entwicklung und Pflege von Projektplänen, Zeitplänen und Ressourcenplänen gemäß Auftraggeber-Anforderungen im jeweiligen Projekt
• Definition von Projektumfang, -zielen und -ergebnissen, die die Geschäftsziele des Auftraggebers fachlich unterstützen, in Kooperation mit der Geschäftsleitung und Stakeholdern
• Identifikation und Verwaltung von Projektabhängigkeiten und kritischen Pfaden
• Management von Projektrisiken und -problemen sowie Entwicklung von Notfallplänen
• Ergreifen von Maßnahmen zur Erreichung der Qualitäts- und sonstigen Anforderungen des Auftraggebers an die Projektleistungen
• Überwachung des Projektfortschritts und Erstellen regelmäßiger Statusberichte für den Auftraggeber und das Senior Management des Auftraggebers
• Moderation von Projektbesprechungen, einschließlich Vorbereitung von Agenden, Protokollen und Aktivitäten
• Effektive Kommunikation mit Stakeholdergruppen und Projektteammitgliedern des Auftraggebers
• Strukturierte Ermittlung von funktionalen und nichtfunktionalen Anforderungen
• Übersetzung von Kundenwünschen in fachliche Anforderungen, Ableitung von Use Cases, Szenarien und Systemkontexten
• Formulierung von User Stories und Akzeptanzkriterien, Priorisierung des Produkt Backlogs gemeinsam mit Product Ownern und Stakeholdern
• Sicherstellung der Prozessbegleitung der Anforderungen von der Erstellung bis zur Abnahme
• Fachliche Unterstützung bei der Organisation von Tests und Flotten-Rollouts

Muss-Anforderungen

• Mindestens 3 Jahre Praxiserfahrung in der fachlichen und methodischen Unterstützung von Projektteams im technischen und agilen Umfeld sowie Berührungspunkte mit technischen und fachlichen Spezifikationen und Dokumenten
• Fundierte Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, nachgewiesen durch eine Prince2 Practitioner Zertifizierung
• Mindestens 3 Jahre fundierte Praxiserfahrung im Requirements-Engineering für komplexe Systemlandschaften
• Mindestens 3 Jahre fundierte Praxiserfahrung in der Projekt- und Vorgangsnachverfolgung, beispielsweise mit Jira Software und Confluence
• Mindestens 3 Jahre fundierte Praxiskenntnisse in der Business-Analyse

Kann-Anforderungen

• Mindestens 3 Jahre Praxiserfahrung durch eine bereits ausgeübte Projektleitung
• Mindestens 3 Jahre Branchen- und Integrationswissen durch Erfahrung mit IT-Systemen im Verkehrssektor Bahn oder Automotive
• Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung und Grundverständnis im Bereich Security bezüglich Informationssicherheit sowie Latenz- und Verfügbarkeitsanforderungen von IT-Systemen
