Wir suchen Sie zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt als IT-Leiter (m/w/d) für ein Münchener Beratungsunternehmen. Die Position wird in einer unbefristeten Festanstellung direkt bei unserer Auftraggeberin besetzt.

Aufgaben

Sie übernehmen die Gesamtverantwortung für die IT unserer Kundin – und verstehen diese Verantwortung vor allem als strategische. Sie denken in Szenarien, antizipieren Entwicklungen und treiben Themen wie Cloud-Transformation, KI-Integration und digitale Zukunftsfähigkeit aktiv voran. Dabei sind Sie echter Sparringspartner der Geschäftsleitung: Sie bringen Impulse ein, hinterfragen den Status quo und übersetzen technologische Trends in konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen.

Sie führen ein fünfköpfiges Team, das das operative Tagesgeschäft verantwortet – und scheuen sich nicht, bei Bedarf selbst anzupacken. Doch Ihr eigentlicher Beitrag liegt woanders: in der Weiterentwicklung der IT-Landschaft, in der klugen Steuerung externer Dienstleister und in der Fähigkeit, Technologie als Wettbewerbsvorteil zu denken.

Strategisch & gestalterisch

• Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer zukunftsorientierten IT-Strategie im engen Austausch mit der Geschäftsführung
• Identifikation, Bewertung und Einführung neuer Technologien – mit besonderem Fokus auf Cloud-Lösungen, SaaS-Integrationen und KI-Anwendungen
• Budgetplanung und -verantwortung für den gesamten IT-Bereich
• Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung unserer externen IT-Dienstleister
• Fachliche Führung und Entwicklung des IT-Teams

Operativ & hands-on

• Mitwirkung an der Administration von IT-Hard- und Software sowie der Betreuung unserer ca. 250 Mitarbeitenden am Standort
• Sicherstellung stabiler IT-Prozesse, Schnittstellen und Konferenztechnologien

Qualifikation

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer IT-Führungsrolle, idealerweise in einem beratungs- oder dienstleistungsnahen Umfeld
• Ausgeprägtes Gespür für technologische Trends und deren unternehmerische Relevanz
• Hohe Affinität für Cloud-Umgebungen, SaaS-Ökosysteme und KI-Anwendungen
• Unternehmerisches Denken, klare Kommunikation auf Entscheiderebene und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich zu machen
• Pragmatismus: Sie wissen, wann Strategie gefragt ist – und wann man einfach das Problem löst
